Bonnie was wonderful. Offered reassuring advice on OTC solution to my allergic reaction.
Dr Kate was on time for the appointment and was very efficient. She listened to what I said and understood my concerns. I was worried that I would need more than one consultation before a treatment plan would be provided, but she prescribed medication immediately and will review it in a few weeks. I was very impressed.
I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I booked an appointment. I was looking for a renewal for my birth control pills. Making an appointment was easy Dr. JESSICA KENSER- FNP-C hopped in the video right on time. The first red flag was that she couldn’t give me a years worth of pills as I usually get. She could only do three times a month, “ As per company policy” Since it was company policy, she had no fault in this I thought. After three months, I try to get a renewal for my prescription She had told me I could get via chat. Let me be the first to tell you that’s not gonna be possible. They take forever to respond, and if you don’t respond, they will close the chat and assume it was resolved, Keep in mind they reached back at around 11 PM at night, I was sleeping and did not respond. I had to book a second appointment with her, and I told her about my frustrations. She said that I had to make a new appointment every time I needed to get my prescription renewed, She stated that she needed to make sure my health wasn’t affected, and that there were no secondary effects from the pill. First of all, this is a phone call appointment Explain to me, how is she going to check how my health is? I’ve been on this pill for more than 10 years, There ain’t gonna be any secondary effect at this rate. And I also tell her my insurance is not gonna cover unnecessary doctors appointment for birth-control. For which she told me they will cover this And I shouldn’t need to worry.
She never sent my second prescription, The next day, she finally sent it, But sent the wrong prescription And because of that, the pharmacy didn’t want to give me my medication. It took a total of five days of continuous messaging through the app and constant phone calls to their customer service (Which is complete shit) To get the prescription of birth control, right.
The cherry on top, I checked the company policy and nowhere does it say that she can only give me three months worth of pills and that I needed to make an appointment every time. This is only necessary for controlled substances.
A month later, I receive an invoice for $200 for the appointments. I have sent a message and it seems that they blocked my reply ability And have notified that they will take three days to respond. they are also not picking up the phone at customer service.

I’ve been in an ongoing chat with Circle Medical’s Billing team since November 2024 about an overcharge, and they’ve been completely unhelpful, slow, and evasive. Despite confirming with my insurance that the claim has already been processed and paid, the rep ignores my questions and the information I’ve provided and keeps responding with the same generic line that “the claim is still processing.” It takes days or even weeks to get a reply.
I asked for the number of this claim that’s “processing” so I could verify it with my insurance, and it turned out to be an invalid claim number. When I told the rep that my insurance confirmed the claim number was invalid, he completely ignored everything I said and just repeated that my claim is still processing!
This whole experience has been beyond frustrating, and it feels impossible to get real help from them. If you’re in California, local pharmacies will not accept telehealth orders for controlled substances. Mail-order pharmacies worked for me (but with delays and miscounting issues), but dealing with Circle Medical's billing team has been nothing but a nightmare. Stay away from this place.

Machelle Dotson has helped me and my daughter through this medical journey, she immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease to talk about your medical needs. I highly recommend her.
This place should be called circle jerk medical. It sucks. The drs. Suck, there’s no support staff just a bot that never goes anywhere. You’re better off with anyone else. Anyone.

After meeting for initial appointment, the doctor did not show up to the follow up and then following appointments were cancelled by the company.

The provider was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Cared about my symptoms and really delved into the issue. Gave me confidence that I will receive the correct treatment.
First they should say on your website not to bother with trying to get an Adderall prescription if you take any kind of mood drugs, like klonopin.I called and was told this, I hung up and called back because I only needed a recommendation to give to my doctor. So I did talk to a therapist and she gave me a recommendation, and she said she would see that I was not charged the $50.00 for the first call. I was charged $50.00 and $114.65 and $64.35, which totals $229.00. And, my psychiatric group said her recommendation was no good. So, I got a total charged of $229.00 for NOTHING. I did finally find a good doctor who actually Listens to their patients, But I do not recommend this group to give you anything but a big charge.

Daniella Ibarra was kind, professional personable and extremely thorough. She asked appropriate questions to get the best history and actually listened to my answers! ( not always my experience with healthcare providers). I am so glad i picked her as my primary and I look forward to continuing to work with her.
The doctor was very thorough and efficient. It was quick and easy to book the appointment.
Very helpful and very informative discussion with the doctor!!!
Therapist was great! However it would be equally as great to not have to go through the app on a mobile device. My phone will not log into the app.
Excellent medical staff.
Follow up and immediacy.
Very very good.
The setup process was straightforward, Ellen Allen was clear and concise with what I needed to know and how I could proceed. I will be coming back!
App is very poorly designed and unreliable. Had to call them multiple times to resolve. Looking at other reviews online it seems many people have issues (for example uploading thier insurance details etc). Would not recommend.

Circle Medical was a great clinic! The PA I saw was helpful and knowledgable, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I would gladly go to this practice again.
