Circle medical makes health care accessible for everyone! Plenty of providers have openings convenient for you. I was able to get an appointment at 10pm on a Sunday, for example. Provider I had a video call with was knowledgeable and I felt heard and taken care of. I would recommend this service for anyone looking for a healthcare provider: much better care than a walk-in clinic or urgent care.
I had a great experience with Circle Medical. The physician was very professional. He was direct and concise. I appreciated his approach. He seemed very knowledgeable and understanding.
Waste of time and money. Paid cash for my initial consultation that seemed pretty normal but I could have answered the NP templated questions in an email. It’s the after part that really grinded my gears. She told me “someone would reach out from billing to settle the cost of the test”. I waited several days and finally reached out to the text bot. And magically a form appeared in my inbox acknowledging the home sleep test and cost. I signed and sent it back. Now it’s going in 3 weeks. I’ve asked the text bot to please send my sleep test or have someone call me. Not a single text, call, or email from them. Very poor customer service and continuity of care. I may dispute the original charge with my credit card. And I’m still suffering from sleep apnea so yes, I’m tired.

The doctor that called was not licensed in Florida and I can’t get my script for tamiflu.

Circle Medical was a great experience. The doctor was great. She was very nice and listened to any concerns I had.
This was my first time using the app. It worked very well. I was able to see my doctor and get things settled. The app was very easy to navigate through and you can message your doctor. If your doctor is not available, there is a chat you can use instead. You also get notifications when your appointment is about to start. You can also track your medications, doctor visits and etc.
Never use Circle Medical. NEVER. When my company transitioned to new insurance this year, I joined Circle to deal with ongoing medical conditions and state disability insurance needs. Virtually impossible to speak with someone, and it's only online - no opportunity to visit. Chasing them down is ridiculous, but a normal occurrence. Customer service is polite and kind, but they immediately refer me to someone else who never returns my call or text.

Being able to attend therapy from the comfort and safety of my own home is a welcomed change to going into a stark cold office with the ‘aesthetics of comfort’ that somehow always wind up in neutral colors that are anything but comforting. More than that is the availability. Here in my city, we’ve got 1 psychiatrist who works with ADHD in adults, and they are routinely booked two years out. Circle Medical also provides documentation and notes that you can download and print out to show that PCP in your life who doesn’t believe anything they can’t see. (Aka—if it’s not in the app they can access, they don’t believe it’s real—and yes, that attitude was a deciding factor in me changing PCPs as well.)
In short: there is a lot of benefit to using Circle Medical and you can see the full bios of the person before you book an appointment to find the right one for you.
Faheem Syed goes out of her way to spend the time needed to discuss all things. She is a great listener and empathetic. Great job Faheem, look forward to our next appointment!
Solved my problem within 30 minutes from onboarding. Highly recommend. Plushcare screwed me over. Never use them always go with Circle Medical
Terrible company and awful service. They do not respond to messages about problems with prescriptions and expect you to pay an additional copay for another consultation with the doctor. Then my phone broke making it impossible to speak with them online. Zero stars. Zero trust.

All my medical needs and concerns were addressed, and the provider helped me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
My provider asked me to upload a copy of my last annual visit’s chart notes before he could send me the prescription he determined I needed, a week and half after I did exactly as he asked, he has yet to send me the prescription and not responding to my messages.
I’m very disappointed. Genuinely feel scammed

Monica was fantastic! She was kind, took time to listen, and was very helpful. If she is providing your care, you are in good hands.
Customer service is slow. Why can’t they hire some more support staff to work in USA time zones? Due to time zone differences, pharmacy hours, ticket based customer service system, a basic support request is bogged down. 3-4 days to request a medication to be sent to a different pharmacy is ridiculous.
I’ve been using Circle for over 2 years admittedly, they have made changes to their support bot. They probably streamlined it since the ticketing bot has become more precise. Unfortunately, this streamlining doesn’t help when they have like 1 support agent working in a different time zone.

Dr. O made me feel very comfortable during our visit. I am excited to meet again . I didn’t feel embarrassed for talking to him
