Ashley was extremely helpful and easy to work with! The app made the process quick and easily accessible!
I was a little worried about whether I should try an online provider and also anxious about opening up about my concern that I may have ADD. The doctor was so professional and supportive and put me at ease. This was a very convenient and yet still very personal experience.
Dr Woodhouse is amazing! She was extremely kind and very thorough. She was so patient and asked me many times if I had other concerns or questions for her. I will continue to see her and I highly recommend her to all
Lauren was extremely kind, sincere, and professional. She has a lot of questions pertaining to my diagnosis and offered great advice in a positive and caring way. She was a pleasure to speak to.
NP Laviana administered a short 12-question survey before dismissing my concerns and sending me on my way. There was no discussion of my symptoms nor did she refer to the clinical diagnostic manual, which she could have used to inform herself on what I was experiencing. I could have taken a Google survey for free. I expected a professional review of my symptoms in exchange for my payment.

Not a fan of the app. Everything worked well overall. I just don't like how the app and the website are not integrated. I prefer to use a computer for these purposes. Many features are only available on the app. You can only book appointments, view documents, and use the chat function on the app. Also, rescheduling appointments is more difficult than it should be.

A psychiatrist should be the one doctor that listens to you rather than trying to run you over with their medication brands. You do not randomly change a patient’s medication, especially when they ask you to get them what was working. I was open to changing it in future, but not today. I paid $179 to have someone… they did not argue, that would imply they listened to me rather than just the title of my visit, no, they talked as if I did not exist.

I feel better being able to get the help that I need without having to leave my house. I also felt listened to.
Circle Medical definitely has no clue what they are doing with billing. I saw a doctor for my annual physical on a virtual visit. While appointment itself and the doctor was totally fine, the billing issues afterwards have been terrible. First they charged me instead of the insurance even though I had my insurance added and confirmed that they were in network. Then they tried to tell me that is how it is. Then someone else came in the chat and refunded the amount and said they would submit the charges to insurance. The insurance was then billed with a separate office visit in addition to a preventative visit. Mind you there was only one visit. So the insurance didn’t cover the separate office visit charge. Circle Medical is really untrustworthy, like they require a payment method on file and they could charge it whatever they want.

Waste Of Time should’ve read the reviews. I have had ADHD my entire life. I am on the road from New York to Florida. I have a provider based out of New York. Seems you cannot find on the website you will find out once the payment is made as to some nonsense rationale, that’s not real as to why they cannot fill the prescription. I would definitely find an alternate website

Angela Day was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and helpful. I cannot believe how easy it was to schedule and appointment and get my prescription in the same day.
Bonnie was honest and transparent about treatment going forward. While she was honest, she wasn't harsh. She was patient and went over all future expectations. Would definitely recommend seeing her.
I don’t have any record of my APPOINTMENT with Doctor Seibert which was held today, March 24 at 11:10 AM, NOR has my prescription been ordered and delivered to my pharmacy.
My bank records show no charges as well for the visit!
And why isn’t Doctor Seibert listed as my primary care Doctor?
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DOCTOR SEIBERT. She was amazing!
