Brutal service and no product just took my money .twice
Brutal service. Ordered ages ago no receipt of order, and nothing but half hearted fake promises (when they did respond to my request for answers). No more responses at all in the last few weeks meanwhile I was just charged for my next months subscription order for my child and haven’t even received the first one. I literately don’t even think this is a real company But instead a scam. I keep getting asked how my kit is and how we are enjoying it to add fuel to the fire . I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.
Update: still no response from circuit mess. You can’t even take the time to respond to me? I have been charged over $400 now in reoccurring subscription charges and received NOTHING. I see you are responding to others on here with good reviewed. How nice of you. Anyone know how to file for refund for products you do not receive? This is the worst service , ever.

Awesome Synthia kit
I ordered Synthia kit to try out electronics and I ended up completely hooked. The components are well made and the instructions were easy to follow. I had a great time assembling Synthia and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about electronics while having fun.

Wheelson is kinda cool
Wheelson and Byteboi are a cool combination, being able to drive and see where the car is going is something I haven't seen before, assembly was of appropriate difficulty and I'm looking forward to exploring the software side of the product!

RC Bundle - Failure to deliver
I ordered RC Bundle, apparently available for delivery straight away, unlike other options, and nothing has arrived. It was allegedly posted on 23rd March and is now the 12th April 2025. I have patiently ignored the persistent harassment for reviews and feedback ever since ordering. Sadly here it is.

Attention to details, care and quality
I bought a couple of their products thinking of them as just toys. But I was plesantly surprised by some of them.
Especially Harald. The speaker is way louder and clearer than I anticipated.
They are clearly tweaked by hand which gives them a welcome human touch in an otherwise fully automated world.

Missing parts, rough edges
Kit is missing 3 spacers and the edges of the faceplate are unfinished. Expected higher quality for the price. Otherwise very easy to assemble though can't be used without the spacers.

Shipping is slow, communication is bad.
I cannot judge the actual kit because a month since ordering and it hasn't arrived even though the item was listed as in stock. The communication on the shipping issues gas been essentially non-existent on any of the platforms I've used (Reddit, Discord, Email). I'm only writing a review now because it enters me into a drawing, but I have to complete it by the end of the month.

BiT on/off switch broken but great response
We've just received help from Andrea, to get his BiT broken switch replaced for free. Once the message reached Circuitmess they turned around what was an initially disappointing situation into a grateful and happy one. My son will be able to fix his BiT and have the robots he hoped for, for his 13th birthday. Thank you Andrea.
