Very Slow Processing
Product-wise, please refer to other reviews — I believe it’s great.
However, in my case, it took 8 days just to get to the "label created" stage. Still a long way to go, it seems.
I hope you can improve the processing time — it would make the whole experience as good as the product itself.
(note: I placed my order on April 10. The shipping label was only created on April 18 - after I emailed to ask about the progress (thank you for the response). As of April 23, there’s still no update from Croatian Post.

Terrible service from Croatian Post—they sent the package to the wrong country, and it was eventually returned to the sender.
Nearly a month has passed with no result. I truly hope the refund process won’t be as disappointing as this long and frustrating wait.
My recent mails were not even responded.
It would be really helpful if the expected processing and shipping time were clearly stated on the product page. This way, buyers like me can better plan around important timelines—such as my son’s school project, which has been missed due to the delay.

WackyRobots are a hoot
I have pruchased a supscription to the wacky robots, and my kid and I love it. At first, i was the one overwhelmed with joy and the kid was like, hey dad, this is like, not as good as the PS5.
buuut, once he got really involved, I can tell you there's a lifetime customer here. Keep up the good work!

Excellent toys
I bought two toys for my grandson's, and even they're small boys, they're really enyoing in playing with them.
They have a box full of toys, but now they're playing only with those smart toys.

Quite possibly the worst kit Iv backed on Kickstarter
Delay after delay
Then the item turns up with bits missing. The soldering kit was cheap, nasty and looked nothing like advertised. The instructions were extremely poor and often confusing. Most were just page after page of the same connection from different angles
You only need to go on Kickstarter and look through the question and comments list to see how many people have had a port experience with this product

Great company and an even better product

My son adores his Codee
Our package arrived a little bit later than expected, but the support was kind and gave us updated when asked.
I loved playing with my Tamagotchi while groving up, and was ecstatic to share a similar experience with my kid.
The building process was not too challenging, and we had fun. Codee is still alive and my son takes care of it every day.
