Super easy and straightforward to book a test. Travel restrictions to Spain count of the requirements for a test. Called the customer service, who were extremely helpful and refunded me for the test I no longer needed.

This is a last-minute need for a Covid antigen test. I emailed them late at night on October 14 and they replied immediately and reassuring me. They gave me several options for taking the test and were very clear about the steps to take.

A great service
A great service. Kevin was really helpful and professional when we arrived and throughout the testing procedure. Everything was quick and easy. The test results came through really fast and it was a brilliant service. We’d certainly use Circle 1 again.

Easy process -- Used them in London St. Pancras station -- easy to schedule and easy process upon arrival. Would use them again if the need arises. Perfect option for any travel related testing needs.

I believe you are referring to a LFT antigen test which is results within 15 mins and a certificate within 45mins. The PCR test which you purchased has a process which it goes through the lab through and depending on how many samples we have you will receive your results within our SLA of 24 hours.
