Very efficient service and cheaper than most
I booked this PCR test on behalf of a Japanese friend and accompanied her to St Pancras. It went very well, with no wait and staff were pleasant and helpful. She received the result (the right result!) about 17 hours later, with two updates before this telling of the sample's progress. I can recommend this efficient service, which was also cheaper than others I investigated.

Very good customer service, replied to my anxious email wanting to check they’d received my parcel from the drop box. 24 hour travel PCR results returned same day. Great service.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service, highly recommended. I done the test in the morning and bought it to the centre in St Pancreas. By late afternoon I got my results back.
Staff were very helpful over phone also and was better price than other tests.

Great experience would recommend.
I purchased the pre departure pcr test. I got the pack of 2, which is the best price I could find. We did the test and posted it. They received it the next day and received our results and certificates a couple of hours later. This was during the weekend so I’m very pleased. I made a mistake when it came to a gender and the amended it within minutes. Highly recommend.

Swift and Efficient Service
From registration, booking, testing to receiving results were done and completed under 4 days. My test results came back in the night that I took it (less than 12hours) ready for my flight the following evening and was the cheapest in price in comparison to other companies.

Didsbury team were fantastic
The PCR test in Didsbury was so easy. The communication was excellent and Joe was extremely welcoming and friendly, explaining the process well and greeting me in the allocated parking spaces. The result was emailed very quickly. Would use again.
