Illegally took money from my credit…

Illegally took money from my credit card without authorisation for live updates which I had already paid for until December 2026 . They did not notify me they were doing this, nor did they have my concent to do so, and so far are refusing to refund the money they took. My live updates on my Citroen app are current and does not end until December 2026 yet they took money in March 2026 for a so called renewal. Their mistakes which they wont rectify at the moment. I will be taking this to the Motoring ombudsman and my credit card company. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOU SUBSCRIPTIONS

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have never known worse service. Citroen will sell you a car that is 3 years old but not tell you it is on the brink of collapse. We were sold a time bomb and the car we have had for 6 months is now undriveable. Citroen are doing everything they can to avoid paying for repairs when they have extended warranty to cover the exact issue with our car- because it is a known issue- We have a young family and are pregnant but Citroen have left us without a car for weeks on end, no courtesy car offered and would be happy to see us waiting for a bus to get to the Maternity Ward.

EV battery

My e-Dispatch went in for a full service which included a battery health check. The main dealer, Wiltmoths Southampton, said that the report must come from Citroen directly.
Weeks later it still hadn't arrived so the dealer asked to have the van back for another battery report.
Many weeks and countless emails to Wilmoths and Citroen each blaming each other for not providing the report.
Stay away from Citroen if your considering buying an EV is my advice.
