City-Wohnen gave me an outstanding renting experience by providing an recommended & verified landlord list, landlords that were very attentive with their apartment visits. Pictures shown on their website of the apartments were real and the landlords were real as well. No upfront fees or any fees were requested by them to put us in contact with the landlords. Once we have reached an agreement with the landlord, City-Wohnen were really fast in issuing the rental contract. Without any doubts, they are the most professional company I have dealt with in their activity field.

I am glad to choose City Wohnen to find a furnished / everything included temporary apartment. Communication is great. They are the professionals to understand your needs and direct you in that way for best satisfaction. They have a great systems working in teams to ensure smooth rental process. I had to live in Hamburg for about I year because of my job, but I could not find an apartment at all. A German friend told me about the site, and after applying through the website, I was able to sign a contract for an apartment on the first try. They answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand, even for a Japanese like me.

Their website is easy to use, the team was responsive and quickly guided me to the lessor, after making sure that I hadn't missed any other apartments I would have liked to take a look at, considering my preferences and needs. The apartment was exactly as described there. A very good experience overall.
