I will never buy anything again
I bought plumping kip gloss. It is not usable at all, the advertisements are misleading and unreal. I am not satisfied at all, I want to return it but I don't know how to do it because they have created a very complicated system, I think they are doing everything to avoid taking returns.

I made a huge mistake when I purchased their product Blue Defense HydroGel because I trusted their commercial. First of all, the smell was unbearably strong, second, after I used it a few times, my face had started flaking, and third, when I wanted to return it, my request was denied. After all I needed to throw away over a half of a jar of this so called good product that cost me over $50. Please don't repeat my mistake and buy it from City Beauty. I would never buy anything from them.

The lip gloss is awesome
The lip gloss is awesome. I have been using it for years instead of chapstick. It works well and you can use clear or add color. Last order was this May. Color names/shades have changed since my previous order; but your product still works as expected.

Unfortunately city lips plumping lip gloss was not the product I clicked the link to buy, it was the line - blurring wrinkle filler link I clicked to buy. I assumed the link I clicked would actually go to that product, not a different product altogether, obviously I shouldn’t have assumed and double checked, so my fault.
Given the Aus $ exchange atm, plus postage (nearly $80) I would really expect city lips to do all of what it said.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice lip gloss, but so is my normal lip gloss that has SPF 50 and is animal cruelty free for $25.

OK. I figured i would give the City Beauty lip plumper a second try. I tried it once a few years ago with no visible changes to my lips. I purchased again, hoping the product may have changed or improved over the years. NOPE. I gave it 3 weeks. I used it every day, applied multiple times a day. Nothing but a shine. I REALLY wanted it to work. 😕

Ordering was easy and customer service is great!! I have a scar that runs through my lip and the skin often dries out and peels. Since I started using City Lips at night it hasn’t peeled at all!!
