Excellent service from City blinds, you only get what you pay for. Chris and Ross ,the fitters were also excellent,,fitted 6 shutter,s in no time too a very high standard .great lads,friendly, efficient and left no mess.Frances McGough

We got a selection of shutters, perfect fits (Venetian and roller) and roller blinds. Ronnie came to our house for the quote and was very friendly and informative - he did hit out with the usual sales chat as expected. When it came to the blinds being fitted we had a guy arrive - who asked if we had scissors and a ladder he could use... felt very unprofessional. When he fitted our bedroom blind - the cord couldn't take the weight of the blind and kept breaking every time the blind was raised - to which he replied 'its the safety device' absolute nonsense. The blinds don't come fitted with the plastic gripper for the cord which felt a bit cheeky considering the money we spent. We we're also a blind short on our order - but the salesman took care of this, and city blinds were willing to send someone to fit it ASAP and we just said wait until you install our shutters.

Chris came yesterday to fit our shutters, additional blind and fix the bedroom blind - he was night and day from the original fellow. Polite, informative and professional - and he is the reason our score is a 4 and not a 2!

Danny and Clare came out to install new blinds today and im over the moon. Quickly installed even though there was a few structural problems, Danny got round it. Friendly and took away all the empty boxes. Highly recommended from measuring to fitting. Thanks guys 👍

Chris and Ross, arrived exactly on time to fit my ten shutters, which they did in an amazingly short time. Excellent service, from the selection with Stephen to the fitting. The guys were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, from start to finish everything was excellent, and the finished product looks amazing.

Fantastic service from the initial process of selection for our fitted blinds to when James arrived two days after the blinds had been complete from manufacture- quick fitting and no time at all! Extremely happy!

Even the ladies on the phone are welcoming and helpful when organising a suitable date for fitting that suits everyone!

Had my shutters fitted today by Chris, was extremely happy with the service as he notified me when he was arriving and when he did he was very pleasant and polite. Very pleased with the shutters and before Chris left he made sure to explain proper use and care. Would highly recommend city blinds for anyone looking for shutters.

I was disappointed on the service and quality of blinds I received after spending a lot of money. I ordered 16 blinds and had issues with 8 of them. After nearly 2 months, numerous emails, endless phone calls, several mornings waiting in, the issues are now all solved. The staff at city blinds are all very pleasant, however communication in the company is terrible, the quality of the blinds are not the best I’ve ever bought and overall wouldn’t recommend.

Just had our Perfect Fit blinds installed by James. And pardon the pun, but they are just Perfect - same as the service from City Blinds, and James in particular!
This is the second order/installation we've had from City Blinds - and we would definitely recommend them, as we will certainly be using them again in the future.

I had my shutters fitted today by Chris Lipman. Chris called before arriving, and he was very polite and chatty when he arrived. He installed the shutters very efficiently, explained how to operate them and checked if I was happy with his work. The shutters look fantastic, from inside and outside. Happy customer.

Had all my windows fitted with shutters, and they are beautiful, they put the finishing touches to the rooms, and the young man [ Chris ] called before to say that he was on his way, which was very helpful to me, being an elderly lady, i appreciated the heads up, he arrived on time, he was extremely polite, chatty, and funny, after brief chat he went about getting started, and he did an amazing job, and i am very very pleased with how the entire home looks now, and i have already had compliments and inquiries from my friends & neighbours, and it is with great pleasure that i am happy to, and shall recommend to all, you will not be disappointed. What a fantastic company.. 1 very very happy customer..

Outstanding problem resolution!! I ordered inside shutters throughout the flat and for whatever reason they weren’t quite as expected (3 sided). Danny quickly offered to replace them, very much appreciated, that wouldn’t have been cheap. Tremendous job done by Chris (both times!) on installation. It’s an old tenement flat, nothing is straight, and each window frame received attention to make sure there were no gaps. Great timekeeping, pleasant team to have in the house, and no debris left behind whatsoever, For anyone having any problems, I can only say contact the firm rather than blasting them on social media. In the end, they definitely are one of the best companies I have ever ordered from. I’ll be back again if I move house.

Once again it's another 5* review for Chris and Mark who came along to fit our Shutters. I have had both roller blinds and shutters made and fitted by City Blinds and the service from measuring by Stewart to dealing with Helen in customer service to take my payment has been second to none. Wouldn't go anywhere else and we have highly recommended City Blinds to neighbours, friends and family to use this friendly professional company Paul & Katrina Eynon
