Appalling service and the meaningless “All I can do is apologise”. No communication regarding incorrectly measured blind. Calls were unanswered on two occasions. Order for blinds made at the start of December and only one blind fitted. Still waiting on remaining blind one month later.

Fantastic !!!!

after being let own by shades Jamie and Adam from city blinds where fantastic to say the least. They fitted the blinds fast but didn't rush them, they talked me through the child safety cord etc. i am 100% happy with the service i received from both of them and will be recommending city blinds to EVERYONE !!!!!

Chis and Jake from Cityblinds fitted our shutters on Sunday.
They arrived within their time slot and did a very good job.
Both were excellent and we were 100% happy with the work.

I had Laurence and Jake fit shutters and a blind today and delighted with their work. Excellent service and both went out of their way, taking the time to ensure that everything was 100% checking that I was completely satisfied. They took great care in the house, cleaned up and are a credit to the company. Very pleased with the end result.

Pat was very professional when installing my blinds. He was also able to accommodate us by changing our slot times to allow us to have more time to get settled in our new house.

Kevin was also very informative when giving us information on what blinds to buy when we had them fitted.

Had shutters today fitted by Chris and Mark. Couldn't fault them. Very professional, fast and efficient!! Explained fully how the shutters worked. The frame for one of our blinds has been mislaid and they went over and above the call of duty to trace it. Once traced they were back at the house within the hour to fit them. We will definitely be using them again
