Great tasty food, friendly attentive staff and amazing views

We paid extra for the romance bundle and there was no separation from a regular ticket. The server didn't come to our table until after we set for sail. We purchased the bloody Mary package and only received one. No wine and a single champagne bottle. No special table. When people were getting their photos that were clicked they gave everyone options. For us it was nothing like that. They gave us a single picture and when asked they said we can wait a hour or so. Its ridiculous that we paid so much for nothing. The "gift" had a spend box of chocolates. And very dirty champagne flutes. Like sticky and dirty. I need a manager to contact me asap.

I paid to celebrate my birthday on the Spirit of Washington in DC. My celebration was rescheduled 2 times because of an inspection and the I was told it won't be going out to April. I had to end up going on the Odyssey in which I didn't like ... It's was ran down and not what expected

I made reservations for my mom’s 83rd birthday paid for window table; during booking I explained there were severe mobility issues (no long standing, walking).
The day of cruise it was very cold, we arrived had to stay outside in line, once inside told our table was upstairs, mom in wheelchair (no elevator). We explained the reservation for Ada mobility restrictions, on spot changed to table directly in front of the entrance door from outside(very cold) to inside ship; my mom and aunt both octogenarians very cold and uncomfortable and farthest seats from food. Once food ready we were the last to eat and as I stood in line pushing my mother in the wheelchair ( no offer of assistance from staff) had many people cut in front and reaching over her. Absolutely lovely afternoon tea. BUT. For the price I paid all of the food should have been lovely and most of it was. But the macarons were NOT macarons and they were not made right. It was just gooey meringue with no flavour and a cream in the middle that just tasted like pure butter 🤮 totally inedible and so we left that. The rest of the food was lovely though!
One of the women who was serving us was incredibly MISERABLE she was the one coming around asking about drinks and tea she didn’t smile once! If you don’t want to be there don’t do a customer service job…. And to top it all off
Stand at the exit at the end of the cruise with finally the only smile you ever had whilst holding the tip tray!!!
Of course I didn’t give you a tip you were absolutely miserable and impolite.
Tea could also be a bit hotter as it was pretty Luke warm.
There was a couple of black hairs on the plates on the afternoon tea stand so that was pretty of putting things like that shouldn’t happen when you payed just under £200 for afternoon tea.

It was the best thing I ever did for my sister’s birthday. The food was delicious and the service was great. The dj and the music was amazing. Will be returning soon.

Great customer service when I had questions about my booking. The representative answered all my questions while giving me tips on my tour. Very fun experience on the tour of Liberty and Ellis Island. I would gladly use this company again for my travel needs in the future.

I was at the Marina Del Ray location. Always a great time! The food is fantastic! The people are kind and they keep your glass full of mimosas or whatever you're drinking! My only complaint is that I left my sweater on the boat and tried calling back up there to see when I can come get it. I still haven't really heard back from the local crew. Their national customer service was helpful as possible but....I still don't have my sweater back. Otherwise absolutely great experience and worth the money.

A great way to know iconic places in Town.

We had a nice hour and it was informative. However the fish and chips although warm were very greasy and you had to buy a hot drink if you wanted one. Think a drink should be included with the meal and if you wanted more then buy them.

Very helpful staff. Professionaly run company. Good value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tea on the Thames. We upgraded to the priority seating and the view did not disappoint. (Also helped to have unusually clear weather). We also ordered champagne and wine (you can order on board you do not need to order ahead). We thought the food was very nice and filling! (Sorry had already had a few bites before picture). They accommodate dietary needs. The live guide was very entertaining and we could hear clearly. Our server was attentive and helpful on tea recommendations. My husband and son agreed it was a lovely outing.

The cruise, the food and the vibes was great. We were 100% satisfied with our cruise.

We were so excited to surprise my mother in law for her 70th Birthday on brunch cruise. Then for no unknown reason I received an email that it was cancelled last minute! No explanation. Ruined our plans and had to think of something else to do! So frustrating. I will never book with this company again.
