Helpful and competent staff. Danny which was our main contact was always on top of everything.
Every time we called the agency they were friendly and ready to help us with our needs. The communication was always smooth and quite fast, Danny organised a view of the apartment and 2 days later we were chosen as new tenant. Super happy!

I had no dutch bank account at the time of viewing apartment, but it was okay and landlord chose me and agreed to wait until I make one.

At the check-in we checked apartment thoroughly and photographed every corner as it should be.

The city homes team, especially Daniel and Daniel, were super helpful. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and Value is impressive. Our relocation from Germany to the Netherlands was smooth sailing largely to CityHomes.

The only issue, which has nothing to do with CityHomes, is with regards the maintenance of the staircase/hallway. The dirty state of the floor and decade old cobwebs all over the hallway for me is alarming and not being able to align with the other occupants on how to go about the cleaning is frustrating for me. I honestly still can't fathom how anyone could live in such a state.

My advice is that the owner of the building should centrally manage this and add the cost of the bi-monthly cleaning to the rent. Leaving it to the tenants to align is just a recipe for disaster.

If you are looking for an apartment and a team that is effective, extremely professional and properly the best communicators I've ever worked with - look no further.
My fiancée and I came in contact with Cityhomes 3 weeks ago and today we signed a contract of our dream apartment. This is our 5th country to live in (with a very average income) and never has it felt this easy before. Not only did they arrange all the paperwork for us, and found the property for us, they also checked in, chattede and gave amazing advise along the way.
