Lovely friendly driver ( SC64) everything was neatly placed and handled with care

The lovely man who delivered my parcels was required to put them all together and photograph for his company. I asked if he could move 3of them as would be too heavy for me. I could see he was on a time limit but he hesitated for just a small moment and could see it would be a problem for me. He smiled and said no problem. He did as I requested. Thankyou and wish all delivery guys would take the time and assess the situation and do as this kind gentleman did. A little kindness goes a long way and this also made the next day a whole lot easier for me as I was able to fill my pots (compost) while sitting on my stool. I will definitely always order from companies who have staff like this before others. I also hope when delivery men like this go a bit behind time that companies recognise that there could be a reason but their delivery action’s secure future customers to always come back.Well done The courier delivery number was SC64

Lovely delivery driver. Asked where i wanted the order which was very nice. And also used a spare bit of cardboard he had to protect my floor from the heavy tiles. First class service. The courier was SC64

In 25 degree heat, with no complaint, my courier (SC64) kindly delivered FOUR 50 litre bags of compost up three stairs and down six to my back garden at my request. I appreciate his kind gesture as I cannot lift them myself.

Useless service and useless and obnoxious
advisor. We waited in all day from 2.30pm until nearly 7pm. Advisor refused to give his name. Said he wasn't obliged to do so and then hung up. Could this be a dodgy delivery company? Wouldn't put me through to the manager . This courier company and staff are rude, and incompetent. Text message said the item was delivered and it wasn't. I wouldn't recommend this courier company to any reputable organisation. If there was an option to give City Sprint a zero rating, I would. A rating of 1 is too generous. I've never encountered such rudeness and incompetence with any company. The advisor at City Sprint had the audacity to blame Wickes rather than assume responsibility for the courier's failure to complete a simple delivery task. No effort made to resolve the issue. This isn't the end of the matter! We can back this claim up with evidence. The evidence is the delivery was signed on behalf of the customer by the courier and the photo record of delivery is black and blank!

Great guys today (SC64). On time, very polite and helpful. Dropped of six bags of topsoil exactly where I wanted them. They asked where I would like them rather than me asking. Fantastic.

Easy online ordering system and good that I could pick a day that suited me for delivery.
I had a fantastic delivery experience today from courier SC64 at CitySprint (think the tracker said he was called Connor). My Wickes order included heavy bags of soil and compost, and everything was delivered exactly on time. Connor was super friendly from the moment he arrived and immediately asked where it would be easiest for me to have everything placed.
He didn’t just drop it at the door — he used the trolley to take everything round to my back garden and left it exactly where I asked. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I was honestly rushing around trying to find some spare change to leave a tip because I was so pleased with the service, but couldn’t find any in time — so hopefully this review helps recognise his first‑class efforts and friendly disposition.
Brilliant service, genuinely appreciated. Hopefully he delivers my next order too. Thanks again, Connor!
