This is my first experience of receiving a Wickes delivery via City Sprint and I am highly impressed.
The tracking was great and my order was delivered on time.
The delivery driver was friendly, polite and professional and incredibly helpful. I was expecting him to just place it by the gate (25l bags of top soil and gravel) but he asked me where I'd like it.
I can't recommend this courier service enough.

The courier (either LS38 or 2538 unsure about the handwriting) did a great job. Very helpful delivering everything round the side to the back of the house. I will be using CitySprint again.

One of your couriers attended my home…
One of your couriers attended my home with a wicks order, he came to the wrong entrance when I asked for him to go to the correct one his attitude changed and after this I refused the delivery and submitted a complaint with Wickes. When I've had previous deliveries your drivers attended the right entrance, they were friendly and professional
