a bit of a luxury these days…
Just had my first delivery from Citysprint...and they were very impressive !
Unlike most delivery companies these days.. the driver actually knocked the door. I had ordered numerous large bags of garden compost / bark etc ... the delivery driver was brilliant - really polite, chatty and helpful.
He even ASKED where I wanted everything and put them exactly where i requested - some other companies don't even knock the door- they just dump everything outside and are gone before you are aware they are there!
We received a text with a delivery slot & they arrived when they said they would .
Well done Wickes for using this company... excellent service ... a bit of a luxury these days!!

Could have done with better tracking earlier in the day but later in the day got a map where the delivery van was.

Kevin went above and beyond and took the heavy bags of bark chippings directly to my back garden. Kevin was polite and respectful of my property.

LD23 was great
LD23 was great, he identified right away we were going to struggle to leave the plasterboard in my downstairs room due to the furniture arrangement. Instead when I asked him to leave it on the stairs, he offered to help me take it up since the board was for one of the upstairs rooms.

The delivery came when they said it would
The delivery came when they said it would. The email they sent gave a link to the company website which contained a tracking map showing the location of their van. I therefore knew how far away it was. The driver was extremely helpful and cheerful and called me when near to see if I was home. Despite the sat nav sending him to the wrong street, he still found me.
