Excellent service
The courier BF NH0I was very polite and brought my order around the back of my property with no problem. I only ordered this the day before from Wickes and was able to get it delivered within 24 hours. I had a message the night before giving me my 4 hour time slot. An excellent service from Wickes and CitySprint.

The gentleman (NH42) was really helpful,pleasant and kind. He put my delivery exactly where I wanted it and it was much appreciated as I have cancer and I am a bit weak physically. He is the nicest delivery person I have had in a very long time. Please give him a pay rise.

The courier could not do enough to help!
Amazing! The courier (NH42) could not be more helpful. The fact that he was lifting huge long lengths of decking and wood all on his own (which I would’ve expected to have been a two man job) was very impressive.
He was courteous, professional, extremely helpful and very friendly. This is the kind of person you keep and reward accordingly!
