Abysmal, failed to deliver , no updates, impossible to contact and employ possibly the most unintelligent chat bot/AI available.
I would recommend no one use this service.
It was a delivery booked with Wickes and I can only say their staff were first rate but City Sprint are appalling how they have five stars on here I will never know, bogus reviews perhaps as their ratings elsewhere are more in line with my experience!

From a bad start to a great delivery
First delivery was cancelled due to the driver phoning in sick. We weren’t informed until 5 minutes before the delivery window closed - so the experience didn’t start well
However, the courier we had today was fantastic. Very happy to help, chatty and a great role model for CitySprint. A very can-do attitude and as a result would use the service again. Thanks Zsolt / R029
