While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Civela™ exists because of one fruit. We make a single product. Citrus bergamot superfruit extract, in a vegetarian capsule, at a full 1,000mg daily serving. One ingredient, with nothing added to pad the label. We spent longer deciding what to leave out than what to put in. That restraint is the whole brand. No blends. No fillers. No ingredient names you would have to look up. Turn our bottle over and the panel takes about five seconds to read, which is exactly how we think it should be. We would rather you test us than trust us. Every order comes with a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with it, for any reason at all, email us and every penny comes back. Real people answer our support email, usually within one business day. We read what customers tell us and we change what needs changing. One fruit. One extract. Nothing else.
