I used the shuttle service from Newark to NYC and back. I had a great time, the two drivers were punctual and professional, I will use this service again.

Perfect tour! The guide was super nice and explained everything very carefully!

We used cavitatis twice whilst in Seville at a cost of €56 each time, (airport bus was €6 ) having a fair bit of luggage we wanted to be sure it was booked ahead.

Our first driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign, he was very cheerful & helpful, also had good English and dropped us at our hotel .

The second driver who picked us up from Santa Justa station had no sign with our name, our train had got in early so we approached the driver to ask as he had same van , he said no when we asked was he waiting for us. Then fifteen mins later at our original arrival time he came into station, ( still no name sign), we asked him again and it turned out that it was our taxi, he grumbled that we were early, then barely spoke during drive to airport , we gave him the benefit of the doubt as figured perhaps he didn’t speak much English, tipped him anyway , but it was a very different service than we had for the first journey.

On balance we gave four stars as they did turn up and get us there safely.

The staff was very helpful to us. They helped with my mentally disabled son and my wife and were so helpful. It was great that our entire family got to 'swim with the sea lions.'

The driver don't appear when my flight arrival, was necessary get help whith help desk.

Arrival: Driver was 30 minutes late at the airport (waited near tourist information). I didn’t complain at the time.
Departure: Very poor experience. Driver did not arrive at the agreed location, parked out of sight, and had to be searched for. He was outside the car using his phone. Then he drove around the block twice because he got lost. The child seat was not prepared and was installed during pickup.
We waited about 45 minutes, yet we were charged an extra 25 EUR for “waiting time.” Customer service did not resolve the issue and even changed booking conditions during the ride.

( civitatis ) was full of knowledge and so very friendly. We learned so much from him as he took us to very interesting places explaining everything in detail and also answered all the questions. We would have happily walked another hour with him to learn more about Milan. The tour is very enjoyable.

A really great tour - the lady taking the tour was interesting , clear and concise with her information delivering it in a way that was approachable for both adults and older children. Would highly recommend the walking tour.

We had an amazing time doing the godfather tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us all around town. You can see the love he had for it.
