We loved our experience on the Civitatis Gaudi walking tour in Barcelona. Our guide, Luke, was a fountain of knowledge, very kind, animated, and generous with his knowledge. Our family felt that this experience was one of our highlights in Barcelona. I highly recommend this walking tour to visitors.

I took part in this guided walking tour in the centre of Athens and it was truly a fantastic experience! The guide, Salvatore, was knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging: he managed to tell the history of the city in a clear and interesting way, enriching the tour with curiosities and anecdotes I would never have discovered on my own.
The tour is well organized and allows you to see the most iconic places in the city without rushing, but at just the right pace. I also really appreciated the guide’s willingness to answer all questions and provide useful tips on what to visit and where to eat.
It was an enjoyable, educational, and never boring experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the heart of the city in an authentic and engaging way!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PUERTO RIO TRANQUILO TOURS! We arrived at the location (after booking and paying online), only to be told by the third party tour provider that they are refusing to run any tours booked by Civitatis as they haven’t paid him since January. We contacted the company for a refund and they have not yet committed to refunding us despite us not being able to go on the tour and they said they have to investigate with the tour provider. We are caught in the middle of a business dispute and just want our money back. Whatever happened to the customer comes first?

The tour around Ho Chi Minh City was a very enriching and enjoyable experience. It really helped me better understand Vietnam’s history and its legacy, which can be seen in each of its monuments.

The guide was excellent — very patient and always making sure everyone understood what she was explaining. The way she shared the information made the whole experience even more interesting.

I would definitely recommend it.

The guide was knowledgeable, it was just too cold and windy for us to be standing still in spots where we weren't in the sun. Next time!

The guide never showed up.

We’ve absolutely loved Civitatis’s service and the free tours they offer. We’d never tried this kind of experience before, but we found it very interesting for learning more about the places we visited and for getting our children more engaged and excited about the trips.

the app didnt work. registration didnt work. nobody replied to me from support. The experience was canceled as there were few people. The agency asked me to move it to the next day but warned me that civitatis doesnt technically allow this change so I don’t have to worry about the fact the status of the experience would be shown as completed. The experience was great but the Civitatis was not good. I gave up trying to get logged in as it went in circle. At the end i dont even know if i have an account with Civitatis as it kept logging out. i hope i dont. I add here that Civitatis support replied immediately to this review - much appreciated. But I also don’t need support now when my experience is over. I needed the support when I had trouble in the app and support from the app. Not reply to review to trustpilot.

Very good tour of Monmartre with Reuben. Friendly, fun and informative

Very good guided tours both in Sevilla and in Granada. The group was not very crowded and that allowed listening and asking questions to the guide.
I appreciate the service a lot.
