Cizgi Rent a Car has always been our go-to car rental place in Turkiye especially when we are in Antalya and Alișan and their whole team at the Antalya airport has always been so great that I don't understand the negative reviews listed here as they should be 5 stars overall. They're always taking care of our needs and requests and have continue to provide excellent service for over the last 3 years that we've been visiting Antalya back and forth. Cizgi Rent A Car is so great that we'll continue to remain loyal to this company and rent solely with them whenever we need a car rental in Antalya and Turkiye as a whole.

Price oneself out of the market
I rented a car at Istanbul Airport, and there was an accident in the middle. I also called the police. When I returned the car, the customer service said that if there was no police report, I would have to pay a huge amount of money (over 1000 euros) for repairs. In fact, it was only a side scratch. Otherwise, they would not let me leave, so I paid them in advance to catch my flight. Later, I contacted the police who handled the accident. The police said they had already sent the report to the car rental company, but the customer service said they had not received it and would not reply to me or return my money until they saw the report.Because of the existence of such companies, I will never want to come to Türkiye again.

In case of any damage or malfunction, our professional team will provide support as soon as possible. The scope and processes of technical support services vary depending on the nature of the malfunction and damage, and detailed information regarding company and customer responsibilities can also be found in our rental agreement and on our website.
As stated on our website and in our rental agreement:
For the lessee to benefit from comprehensive insurance, all damage costs will be covered by insurance if the lessee obtains the necessary documents (e.g., detailed accident report, alcohol report, witness names and addresses) from the nearest authorized authority (traffic police or police station if within the city, gendarmerie if outside the city) and delivers them to the lessee through official channels within 48 hours at the latest. In cases not covered by insurance, our Additional Protection Packages will be activated.
As a result of a detailed investigation, it has been determined that the necessary traffic report and documents regarding the damage that occurred during your use have not been reflected in the system through official channels. Therefore, the incident is outside the scope of insurance coverage, and the remaining damage cost has been deducted from your existing additional protection package (Super Mini Damage Protection Package).
We would like to reiterate that reimbursement will be made after the relevant damage report and documents are uploaded to the official system.
Exceeded expectations
Wonderful experience with this company! We originally rented our midsize hybrid vehicle in Antalya and then dropped it off in Istanbul. It drove like an absolute dream and there were no issues whatsoever during our 3 week rental. The Cizgi employees at both locations were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the drop off at IST. The gentleman checked the mileage, quickly inspected the car and then sent us on our way. It took about two minutes in total. Now that is efficient!!!
Cizgi charges a bit more than their competitors, but their quality inventory of vehicles and excellent customer service more than makes up for it. Incredible value for the money!
I would honestly give these folks 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Cizgi rental team!!!

Worst experience! Rented a car for 07:00 no one is there. When i call them, i get angry people who say there will be people there in a bit . No time said. They just say they will come or maybe couple hours later
