They have a great website full of nice…

They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time

Unreliable service, misleading practices and no real support

My experience with CJ Dropshipping has been extremely frustrating and damaging to my business.

The assigned agent is completely useless, rarely responds, and when they do, nothing gets resolved. The replies are generic, with no accountability or real support.

Even more concerning are the misleading practices. Product weights are often artificially inflated — for example, items listed as 500g actually weigh around 300g. This leads to overcharged shipping costs, directly affecting customers. I have raised this multiple times, yet it continues to happen, likely because most clients don’t notice.

They also list products as available when they are not in stock, and instead of informing clients proactively, they wait until you discover the issue yourself. Then they simply apologize, without offering any real solution.

They use shipping methods that frequently get held at customs, causing significant delays, and when this happens, they take no responsibility and offer no proper resolution. The impact falls entirely on the client and on your business.

I exposed all of these issues to my assigned agent, but the reaction was extremely disappointing — no real improvement at all. I have worked with multiple agents before, and I have never experienced such poor service as I am experiencing now.

In practice, you are forced to double-check everything, question everything, and solve everything yourself, which makes having an assigned agent completely pointless. There is no initiative or interest in helping you grow your business.

On top of that, their pricing is significantly higher than competitors, with no justification considering the level of service provided. It is clear that their priority is profit, not their clients’ success.

If this level of service continues, the future of this company is at serious risk, as more and more clients will move to better alternatives.

Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I cannot recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone serious about running a reliable e-commerce business.

This is the worst service

This is the worst service I’ve ever used. My order was placed on 27th February and didn’t arrive until 16th March — a 20‑day delay. On top of that, four more of my orders still have no updates at all.

As someone who is completely new to this process, I truly appreciate the exceptional support I have received from Shawntae He.
