I've been scam online for a substantial amount of money recently and was devastated ,very depressed . However after contacting Claim-justice and working with my case manager miss Keta lomidze I've felt a sense of confidence ,she has taken on my case with urgency and deep concern to retrieve my money back. I'm feeling very assured in her abilities and thank her for the constant communications and the progress.

I feel I was somewhat misled in joining your service. I understood that there would be investigation done by Claim Justice, and I find that's not the case. I'm just being guided on when and where to send emails to.

My account manager has done a good job of keeping in touch and providing assistance in contacting the banks in question. However, in some ways nothing is happening that I couldn't have done myself.

I really expected more investigation into this specific situation to find the players involved, and not just the banks.

I do not want this to reflect on my account manager, Mariam Samunashvili. She has been very attentive and thorough, and has kept me in the loop on everything that was going on.
Please don't consider this a reflection on her performance.

Communication and responsiveness from Anano is a good sign that my case is being pursued within Claim Justice. While no resolution yet, I am hopeful the persistence of the company will find my funds.

This is a situation that is extremely difficult for anyone caught in a scam that results in a loss not of just money but of your sence of worth. Claim-Justice started our conversation by addressing the emotional side of the situation right away. After that they walked me through the process and were able to provide me with a package that I took to the police. Mariam has been so patient with me and is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I have never gone through a situation like this and she has been fantastic to deal with. Now I have at least some hope in getting some of my lost money back.

I am a victim of cryptocurrency fraud of five Bitcoins equivalent. Before I searched for Claim Justice Services (CJS) with my complaints, I had sought help from other agencies who could not put in much effort to assist me effectively. With the CJS Team, a forensic investigation was done to trace the destination of all my Bitcoins. Mariami was assigned as my case manager, who not only provided me with the desired information toward the recovery of my Bitcoins but also showed empathy for my situation, and assisted me in the best way possible. I look forward to further assistance to recover my Bitcoins.

To this dates, Anano has been supportive of my case by pursuing my relavant information and proceeding with the project.

Not only does he take the time to explain information and all the next steps needed to file any letters, but he also is honest in his opinions. He can decide what direction to take. He does that in a timely fashion. He is kind, understanding all the turmoil in my life at this present time, and we communicate with one another very well. Again, you are most lucky to have an employee this outstanding. He explains each step of my case concisely. Having Irikali as a case manager makes me feel more confident that everything will be resolved (hopefully in my favor!) We work together as a team. While he is hard at work and needs something clarified, then the answers will be provided by the next business day. So far I have been working with Claim Justice for just over 1 week. I have been very sceptical as I have been scammed by an online hotels rating company for 10’s of thousands. Claim Justice has been very patient with me explaining how they are qualified to recover the funds.. I have supplied them with all of the information that they have requested. They have assured me that most of my money is recoverable as the scam I was involved in is very recent. If you are unsure whether or not to get ahold of them. Just contact them and make up your mind after getting all your questions answered. I will give an update when my funds are recovered.

I appreciate the patience of this company. I have a very busy schedule and Anano is always more than willing to accommodate my schedule. And her updates always give me hope that we will prevail. I'm still in contact with Angelika. She still trying to get me to pay the so called tax to receive my account. As I explained before, I showed them a copy of the IRS stamped receipt. But that was rejected by the CEX TD platform. Right there I knew this was not about a tax at all. Angelika is definitely an asset to the platform, after all she brought me to the SEC
non traceable platform herself. I'm sure Anano has better information than this. That's why I have all the confidence in her experience and professional skill.
