Yup, nothing but straight up scam, charged me 10% recovery fee upfront, 7 months later I got nothing. Not 1 person called for evidence and I still have ton of evidence I'm just waiting to share. Got my bank account cleaned out by scammer now these guys left me with monster credit card bill

I will wait inshallah my case will also be solved thank you
A scam
A scam, poorly written letters to the banks, the only thing they tell you is that you have to wait, they don't assist you when you want to know how the case is going, a disaster, another scam!!!
Una estafa, cartas a los bancos mal escritas, lo unico que te dicen que hay que esperar, no te atienden cuando quiere saber como va el caso, un desastre, otra estafa!!!

I contacted Claim Justice after seeing a google ad online for them.
I talked to two guys named Ari and have had 2 representatives Nato ,and now Elene helping me to try to get my scammed crypto money back.
Elene has been very, very helpful to say the least!
Elene contacts me every week (sometimes multiple time a week) to help me in sending forms she and her team have filled out for me to send to my bank and to the police as well as to the crypto exchanges.
Its been several months now since i agreed to let Claim Justice represent me and i have not received any money back as of yet.
I am hopeful though that once my police department decides to get involved 9 which they have been very reluctant to do so far) that my case will be decided.
My police deptartment in my city have told me that Claim Justice is a scam without having any evidence to back up that so called claim.
All i know is that my experience so far with Claim Justice has been professional and helpful.

Unprofessional company
This company is annoying. I decided not to go with them after I lost money on a crypto scam a year ago. Today they called me asking if I did anything with the money and I said no. He asked:”Why Not?” I told him the recovery is not guaranteed and after I did my research there was no proof they ever recovered crypto scam money since it is hard. He then told me the only thing in life thar is guaranteed is the cemetery. Who just says that?

I sent these people $10,000 US to recover $500,000 that I had been scammed out of in a crypto currency scam. They sent me some kind of bogus report and then told me I had to get my local law enforcement to file it and have them recover my funds. Law enforcement said they were a scam operation and wouldn’t have anything to do with them. They never recovered anything and now they won’t even communicate with me. Claim justice is a total scam stay away from them!!!!
These guys are a huge scam themselves
These guys are a huge scam themselves. Before even beginning my case, Michael, my first case manager asked me to give them a good review. Which i mistakenly did do. This was 2-3 years ago. The money i lost was never recovered and guess what effort they put in? Within those 2-3 years they’ve only wrote two crappy letters with a bunch of grammatical errors that they wanted me to submit to my bank…a literal 5th grader could’ve wrote a better letter than that. They assigned me a total of 3 consecutive case managers to write a total of two letters that the bank denied. The third case manager was a literal airhead so i just stopped responding after a bit of back and forth. If you think they are some kind of high tech crypto hackers that can recuperate your lost funds through digital means then you are soo wrong. They’ll create this fake diagram/flowchart that shows how far lost your crypto is to create a sense of urgency for you. Oh and they’ll facetime you and show you their face and Israeli ID’s to give you a sense of security. Seriously fxxk these guys. DO NOT give them your business!!

This is another scam artist after you…
This is another scam artist after you lost cryptocurrency investment to scammers. I put half of $15,000 fee for their investigation. It's expensive when paid $7,500 for a junk. But like another scammer, their report is discarded when you forward it to law enforcement, they don't bother to look at it as it's not certified to do so.
Don't waste money to this scammer, they never recover any lost money. Only law enforcement has the ability to trace, issue warrant and seize fund. Even so, the chance to recover funds is extremally rare as most exchanges are in the southeast and they don't comply with US law. I forward my complaint to law enforcement and US secret agent. The former investigated 8 months ago with no result. The later, refused to start investigation after one month.
This scammer has many statics to give you hope like ask you to forward the complaint to law enforcement, ask your bank to investigate the lost, ask exchanges to investigate your lost. But all I got is the refusal to investigate. All of them blame me for bad investment without research and they are not responsible to investigate unless law enforcement ask them to do so,
This scammer quit to communicate with me 8 months ago after all of their statics ran out and cannot offer me any other solutions.
Again, only law enforcement has the ability to issue warrant and issue court order to seize stolen funds, ask exchanges, bank to support the investigation, but the rate of recover stolen funds is very low. If you're lucky, the best is 10% of your investment is covered. Mine is zero change after 8 months investigation of law enforcement as warrant of US doesn't work in another country.
All they can do is asking you to forward their report to law enforcement who will investigate for free while this scammer did nothing and asking a huge fee of $15,000 to recover stolen funds which they don't have ability like law enforcement like seizure stolen funds from court order.
Trust me this scammer is another scammer to steal your money after your huge loss and only give you fault hope of their experts which law enforcement consider as junks which are not certified to do so.

Ongoing Case Management and Hopeful Progress: A Five-Month Update
It has been almost five months since I opened my file with this company. After two months, Ms. Natia Palelashvili bacame my case manager. She calls every day and endeavors to bring the file to a conclusion. Her diligent follow-up has kept hope alive for me. Hope we get final result as soon as possible.
Please don’t waste your money here
Update 2/1/24: Guess what, my case manager missed our THIRD scheduled call appointment. Really, pay attention to the title of this review!
Update 01/26/2024 - Keta started out like all the other case managers with no knowledge of my specifics. She wanted to set up a phone call, which the 6 previous managers did, to go over my case. She had someone else call (a male) who began being aggressive so I hung up, then she flat missed the second appointment. Claim Justice did absolutely NOTHING of any significance for me……oh and that includes not recovering a SINGLE
DIME of the money they promised could be recovered. one year, 6 months later
Update 12/20/23 - after posting the review below yesterday, they assigned a new case manager (#7 or 8) to me. So that means they want to start all over again for the 7th or 8th time. This is how they delay and stretch out the process because they can’t do what they promised.
12/18/23 - Now after 1 1/2 years no one is returning my emails. I want to know what, if anything, the latest of my 6 (or is it 7) case managers is doing to recover my funds. I have asked too much of them over the last year plus apparently so a “Supervisor” emailed me to see how he can help. After a few emails back and forth he disappeared.
The current status of my lost crypto is:
Claim Justice has recovered ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us. I embarrassed to say how much we paid them for nothing but boilerplate letters and a forensic report. Terrible terrible scam of a business.
I had communications with three…
I had communications with three different people at Claim Justice (Zelda Perkins, Refael Mirozov, and Rafael's manager). They initially came across as knowledgable but when I asked questions that were off-script, they became extremely pushy and unprofessional. I am 99% sure it's a scam
Total waste of time and money
Total waste of time and money. Was told by Alon that they would take care of everything.
Natia Palelashvili was named my case manager and she did nothing to help. All I received from her were emails asking when would be a good time to call and when she did she would not speak to me just hung up.
It has been a year since I signed up for help and I have not seen a nickle. Don't make the mistake I made find someone else.
Recovered 10K from Social Media Scam
Claim Justice did an excellent job recovering approximately $10,000 of my life's savings from an online social media scammer. This company walked me through every step of the recovery process and communicated with me daily. I was able to get my hard-earned money back within a couple months! I highly recommend Claim Justice! They truly care about the client. Thank you so much, Mariam!
bank fraud claim june 30 2022
They have had my case since June 30, 2022. Ari promised me resolution when I sign up and paid me fees. The assigned a case manager Victor who could not communicate and was unavailable most of the time
He did nothing !~ I did all the work filings communication etc., Gizo his supervisor only apologized for him, he did nothing. They recently assigned a new case manager who has no idea what my claim is even about ! she sent me paperwork to file in the Phillipines. Case is bank fraud here is the USA
Worst firm ever, very unethical and dishonest
Now they are backpedaling telling me they didn't make any promises, luckily I recorded Ari and have that on tape. Liars, fraud scam artists.
Took my money haven't done anything since they took the case except give me 2 case managers who are totally incompetent. The don't answer their phones, don't return calls, totally worthless, Look at the other 1 star reviews below, I can't be all that wrong.
Unprofessional, pushy & arrogant when they can not get you to send money
I inquired about the services provided on a potential scam i witnessed. Claim-justice employees were very pushy, started spamming my phone, insisted i move forward with a claim for an automatic 2000 payment to proceed. I recieved whatsapp spams, calls at 8 pm at night, i replied to an email that i was no longer interested.....the reply i got was " Good luck "recovering" your money baby....
My final email the person again replied calling me baby.....i just dont believe legitimate companies would have case managers behave what i experienced.
That is the most unprofessional response ive ever received from a company that claims they work with lawyers and investigators. I listened to my gut.
