Straight-forward company. Did what they said they would! Got my refund. Their fee as agreed. Wouldn't have got a penny if had tried to deal directly with this particular airline.

I had looked into a few other companies before finding Claim4flights and the others seemed misleading and ambiguous in how they operated, however Claim4flights were simply excellent! They kept me updated throughout the process and after months of battling direct with the airline and getting nowhere Claim4flights got us the compensation we were entitled too, I have now today received the cash in my account...I cannot recommend Claim4flights enough, be patient as it takes time but it is definitely worth it! My claim took an exceptionally long time to complete, but from reading other peoples blogs this is a common tactic with "Thomas Cook". Once my claim reached the court stage "Claim4filghts" acted and paid my claim very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Claim4flights have dealt with my case really superb! Airline have refused to pay me any money, so I have claimed it via Claim4flights. It took few months, but it's really worth waiting. 18 months ago i was delayed in New York whilst travelling home with British Airways for over 24Hrs. When i finally got home i put in a claim for the delay and was fobbed off with all sorts of excuses.
