Phone call.

Phone call.
My phone call was very informative and the lady was very polite. However I was told I do have a claim but received a letter today to the contrary so a bit confused!

I rang for an update today

I rang for an update today, I spoke to Zahid, he was very helpful, he look and my case notes, explained the hold up with the loan company due to them being inundated due to the deadline in August. Very friendly but remained professional throughout the conversation.
