My solicitor did not explain things …
My solicitor did not explain things clearly to me. They closed my case for no ground reason. They did not help me in getting the compensation which I deserved and was entitled to. I have sought legal expert advice and they have told me that my case can reopen however CTS have failed to contact me.

I would highly recommend claim today solicitors they are a company that works towards what you want and always try and achieve the best results they genuinely are very professional and caring, my experience was made even better by the person who handled my claim Sandeep who always kept me informed, explained everything in detail to make sure I fully understood what was happening and likely outcome and in general just a really friendly, caring and nice person. Initially call and claim taken by Claim today. Subsequently the claim is sold or refereed to another firm of solicitors. I don't know whether it affected my claim amount or otherwise.

Great experience!
This is the first ever time I made a accident claim, my friend and me chose 2 different solicitors I chose this one and she chose another to use, she has no information on what is going on with her claim still even though it has been 4 months since the accident whereas claim today Solicitor’s kept me updated all the way through, made it easier for me to sign letters electronically, listened to me, sorted out my claim very quickly and helped me all the way through it.
