I placed an order receive the wrong size - they finally agreed to give me a full refund as it wasn’t my fault but I am still waiting 2 weeks later for the refund to come through and am now getting no response to my emails

I am disabled and house bound. Why do retailers make it so hard to get an answer. I have not received something that I have ordered and paid for. It’s disgusting the way they treat people. Money is very tight as it is without having these problems.

I ordered garden lights on 27April 2024 paying £21.98 and I have not received them. I emailed and Julia replied only once saying they have noted my request and will get back to me when item is available but I have heard nothing . This has got to be a scam sadly

I must say I read the reviews for this company after I made my order. I consequently didn’t expect a great experience BUT my order came in 8 DAYS and the product was perfectly fine. I got email status updates so I cannot find any fault. Very pleased with my purchase. This is a real review.

I ordered 2 Mother’s Day cards a week before Mother’s Day there is no mention of delivery time and i would expect if you are selling Mother’s Day cards you can fulfill the order by Mother’s Day when the cards didn’t arrive i contacted them and the cards we’re still in china now a week after Mother’s Day has past the tracking information still shows the cards are in china when I’ve contacted Clapfun they answer is they come when they come not really the answer i was looking for and i would avoid buying from here unless you are ordering months in advance

Scam! Avoid at all costs! Not received item and no response from customer service.

Utter sham. Ordered a card for Mother’s Day…. Took them two weeks of chasing to get a tracking number… which changed every time I chased. Anyways, it might arrive by next Mother’s Day. Refusing to refund me as it’s already been shipped… allegedly. They have a .co.uk website but are Chinese and a waste of time, effort and money.

I purchased the supposed indestructible bear toy for dogs, it is far from indestructible .. my dog had chewed off both ears within 5 mins of giving it to him, revealing the usual white toxic material they claim it's not made from. Save your money and your dogs guts and don't buy it! P.S. my dog is a small yorkie so hardly a strong dog.

The items I had ordered looked cheep and tacky they didn’t work I had to pay over £4 just to send them back still waiting on getting my money back il never buy anything from them again

Ordered 24 days of elf magic, what i received doesn’t match the pictures on their website. Came 7 days in to December and ordered 25th November

Bought 2 advent calendars from them on 21/10/23, which were meant to ship in 2-5 working days and had to chase up over 2 weeks later to see if they had even been dispatched. They took another 2 weeks to arrive, and when I opened the packages on the 1st December, I discovered for the book lovers 1 I had to assemble it myself, ie hide my own gifts (which don't fit in the pockets because they're so badly placed/ stuck down)

Ordered a couples matching T-shirts ‘ chest & nuts ‘ received two ‘ chest tshirts ‘ iv emailed repeatedly & one response saying order was completed ! DONT bother using this company !

Just don't - totally fake goods. I have the original perfume oil and this is clear rather than yellow, doesn't give country of origin on box and bottle fell to pieces when opened. Terrible rip off

I returned my item back to this company on the 5th July and paid the postage myself and still waiting for my full refund I have contact them on many occasions and no response from this company I certainly wont be using this micky mouse company again

Ordered a shark onesie, absolute rubbish not even going to go into the crao its made from or the poor fit and sizing, ide hate to think what other rubbish they produce

Ordered two tops on 11 June. No tracking, not showing as shipped. Emailed them 6 times had two standard responses saying they are popular items and can be tracked with the tracking number - which hasn’t been provided because it’s not been sent yet….
No customer service. Con artists!!!

I really can't believe I got such a wonderful dress for a wonderful price off of clapfun. Thank you for making me a beautiful and I am so grateful that you made me such a lovely dress.

This is my fourth purchase from clapfun, and I am in love with her work. The communication is excellent. The dress fits me perfectly.
