I loved the watches, they are super pretty and look like they're of great quality. Dispatch was fast. It's very easy to adjust the watch to fit your wrist, and it's very comfortable to wear.

I purchased a "Grealy De Mains" watch from clarine.co, lured by the "Premium 14k Gold Stainless Steel" description and the stated value of €125. After less than a year of very occasional use (reserved only for formal events), the product has been a disaster.

The gold plating peeled off, revealing a very low-quality base metal that emits a foul metallic odor and oxidizes rapidly. There is nothing "Premium" about this—it is a cheaply made item that does not live up to the 2-year warranty promised on their website.

The worst part was the customer service: after admitting the defect and confirming via email on February 1st, 2026, that a refund had been processed, they went back on their word. After waiting 12 days, they claimed their "technical systems" do not allow refunds after 6 months, offering only a useless store credit instead.

This is a shameful way to handle customers and blatant false advertising regarding materials. I strongly advise against buying from this site if you expect quality and professional integrity.

I’m really happy with this watch. It’s beautifully designed—elegant, refined, and versatile enough to wear for any occasion, whether casual or formal. The quality feels solid, and it’s clear the company pays great attention to detail. The included tool to adjust the strap size is also very easy to use. Overall, a great purchase and a piece I genuinely enjoy wearing.

The watch screams luxury and works perfectly, also the support team are the best and very professional because I bought same colors and when I sent an email they responded and sent me a preferred color.

First of all they sold what they claimed. Im always impressed by that. The product is exactly what you expect. While the strap is s bit lighter than I thought I find the weight of the watch is quite wonderful as I don't even feel it on my wrist.The Gold is the right color for all your other jewellery & it looks quite posh when it has a bangle or gold chain bracelet along with it

My first international order experience was stressful since my package was marked as delivered but never arrived at El Salvador. Customer service took a while to respond, and I thought I had lost my money. However, they eventually explained the issue and resent my order to a U.S. address, which arrived quickly. It gave me a scare at first, but I appreciate that they made it right in the end

From navigating the site, making the purchase and quick shipping, my experience was AWESOME. And to top it off the watches are beautiful. I will shop with this vendor again.

I ordered these watches during the BOGO promotion, and upon their arrival, I was immediately in love with them. Although they are slightly smaller than I anticipated, the gold color is stunning, and adjusting the band is remarkably simple. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

I had a very disappointing experience with this website.

I ordered a watch from clarineco.com because it appeared to sell quality products. The site advertised a “buy one, get one free” deal that was supposedly ending at midnight, which encouraged me to purchase quickly. However, I later realized that this “limited-time” sale is continuously repeated, which is VERY misleading.

After placing my order, I received no confirmation email. I had to reach out myself just to get any information about my purchase, which is not acceptable for a legitimate online store.

Shipping took nearly a month to arrive in Florida, and there was no clear indication beforehand that the item would be shipped from China.

When the watch finally arrived, it was not what was advertised. It did not have the “Clarine” branding at all—instead, it was labeled “XIMILI Quartz,” which appears to be a completely different, low-cost brand. The quality was extremely poor: the materials felt cheap, the finish looked low-grade, and overall it did not resemble the product shown on the website.

In my opinion, this product is significantly overpriced for what it is. It looks like something that could be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

Overall, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this site.
