This is my second time ordering from this company . The watches are great quality and inclusive . I have a lathe wrist 8.25 and the watch fit beautifully . You can make it smaller for a smaller or normal wrist . I would order again . So many compliments on my watch especially the blue one

Service was very good was worried that this was a scam but when I received my watch I LOVE it it beautiful and elegant and stylish, communication =10/10 al my concerns was adress immediately. My order which is marked as delivered, I have not received it.
I live in an apartment building where neighbors sometimes accept packages on each other’s behalf. However, I have checked with all of my neighbors, and none of them have received my package. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel is either missing or may have been stolen.

I would appreciate assistance in locating the package or arranging a replacement or refund if necessary. They do not answer my e-mails.

Received my two watches, one arrived in good condition, the other arrived faulty with th pin missing from the clasp fastening, email twice times and then they requested a video, this was sent and after a follow-up I was offered a free of charge replacement or a gift card, tge watches are totally gorgeous and well worth the money

IF you are a bit like me and somewhat reluctant to do business with companies that you don't know - every now and again you just take the plunge and hope that your gut feeling will be right and it will all be good. Well I felt this way about Clarine - didn't know them but I got a good gut feel, and I am delighted to say I am now a major fan!

What a pleasure Clarine were to deal with - the products are exactly as described, in fact even better and the customer service team could not have been more helpful. I managed to make a bit of a mess on my initial order, forgot to put certain info on the order detail.. anyway, after sending an email explaining my problem, the Clarine team were quick and super helpful in sorting it all out for me and I am now the proud owner of a new watch and I am quite honestly - over the moon with my purchase! Well Done Clarine!
