I was so worried and anxious about this process and along came the angel in earth Robert McDonald 🤩absolutely held my hand (not literally but metaphorically) through this process . When I was unsure and panicked he reassured me that I would be ok and wouldn’t need to worry about anything . He would be there to help and guide and he was totally invested in helping and calming me ( sorry Robert btw I must of been a complete wreck ) I’m as you can imagine not good with these processes .Robert is credit to himself and his team thank you for helping me and continuing to help me and guide through this process

My sitiuation was dealt with quickly and Kevin was particularly helpful through out the process.

Had a call back from William C and within minutes had options laid out and then handed to the relevant department to action my plan. An hour later I'm all set up and more relaxed knowing I have a plan in place to help pay what I owe and reduce my monthly outgoings. I can now concentrate on taking care of my family a little more now.

From Start to Finish Robert was understanding and helpful.
He is listened to my worries and gave me the best advice for me personally. I was kept up to date with what was happening and Robert was never a message or phone call away. Thankfully with his help I’ve started my journey towards being debt free!

Was really apprehensive and nervous about having to do this, but thanks to Scott McLeod (of the clan McLeod, there can be only one), who made it simple, and easy to understand, guided me through the whole process with excellent professionalism and top notch customer service. Hopefully I’ll not need to use this service again but if I do, I’ll be looking for Scott “the highlander” McLeod to sort me out
