I have emailed customer service to question the amount I was chargwd and to cancel my subscription. My return email was a question from the company about pausing my subscription instead. I replied ith a flat out 'NO' and asked for a confirmation to be assured they canceled my subscription and haven't gotten a reply since. I have sent numerous times with no return email. Next step, Better Business Bureau.

Great Product and Great Customer Service!
First, I need to say that this product works for me! I saw improvements in my eye floaters within the first month, and things have continued to improve over the last few months. There are other benefits to taking the correct form of Astaxanthin, but you do have to be mindful of how and when you take it. I take it right before a meal that has some form of saturated fats in it to aid in absorption. I had to cancel my subscription due to a life change, and Jeanclyde responded with empathy and expediency, offering a few alternatives to modify my subscription that, under ordinary circumstances, I would have opted for. Unfortunately, I had to ask for a complete halt to my current subscription, and Jeanclyde was very understanding and empathetic to my situation and accomplished that for me. Once I get reestablished in a new place, I will be resuming my subscription. This is an excellent product and great customer service!

I ordered Astaxanthin through Clarity and have been taking it daily. I have experienced an improvement in my memory and a reduction in my joint pain. STAGE 3(b) CKD deserves trying it!!
I ordered this product after reading numerous convincing articles and hearing testimonials.
