I was helping a friend move yesterday in Highgate. Luke and Will from the firm could not have been more polite, careful and thoughtful. When they arrived on time, we were behind wrapping up pictures etc and they took them and wrapped them very carefully. No damage to goods or house in moving several heavy bits of furniture.

The ease of getting everything packed and delivered was perfect. I couldn't find a single fault in the entire process. All emails were responded to very promptly and everything was delivered in good condition. The guys who delivered to France were able to help us unpack and also take alot of boxes away which made our moving journey so much easier. Even before going the guys packing our stuff were very efficient and very friendly.

From our first contact through to the actual moving date, the staff at Clark & Rose were polite, friendly and most importantly, helpful and confident, that all would go well in the end. despite what seems to be usual complications by others in our house move, the staff at Clark and Rose left us feeling very happy that we chose them to help our move. We had our house packed for an international move. Clarke & Rose were a pleasure to deal with the entire time. Excellent service from Clark & Rose, right from the initial and regular updates on my shipment through to the team who delivered, unpacked and assembled at the house. The team at the house were very polite, friendly and went about their work with a smile and humour! Thoroughly recommend!!!!

Wonderful communication throughout, delivery team helped unload and went through inventory list to make sure all was accounted for.

This is the second move I have had with Clark and Rose, and again I was amazed at how they manage to make what is a challenging time so stress free.

Quick to respond to my request. Clear on what would happen. Everyone friendly and efficient. The two removers were courteous and careful with the grandfather clock being moved and were knowledgeable on how to dismantle, transport and re-assemble it. Great experience.
