Did not receive 2 pairs of trainers I paid for from this company from Clarke disscount

TOTAL SCAM. Avoid If there was an opportunity to write ZERO I would have chosen that option. A disgrace

Products very poor quality. Very poor packaging. Zip broken on one boot. Lining so badly sewn that boot could not be worn. Returns and exchange policy a farce. You have to return to CHINA meaning postage cost more than products!. I didnt trust their refund offer. I bought boots as said they were Clarks. Rubbish! They offered a 10 percent refund. Not much use for boots that cannot be worn!

Absolutely awful no returns policy offering me 10% refund they are far too small this is an absolute con and should be shut down on facebook. They are trading on the Clarke name and are nothing to do with Clarkes appalling.

THE SANDALS THAT WERE DELIVERED ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERT. PLASTIC RUBBISH STEER WELL CLEAR

The wrong size were delivered can not find how to return cheap feel I have been scared nether use nor ornaments I was fooled by the name Clarks discount

It is advertised as clarkes outlet store and i ordered a pair of boot. They arrived and i knew right away they were not clarkes and i had been scamed. Cheap material and looked like clown boots. I emailed company to return and they advised that i would have to pay postage to return them to china. They offered 10 per cent refund of the £25 i paid. Hope other people become aware of fraudulent company

Reality check. If you are going to chance shoes from these people buy a size up and they are not a wide fit as advertised. Only time will tell how good they are.

Just received my boot,s they are very poor quality not leather not the right size should have done some checks before buying.Just wasted my money

Bought a pair of seemingly Clarkes Shoes. Absolute rubbish with loose elastic instead of laces which I thought would be great but too loose and shoes are stinking of a very strong adhesive. 😡. I was offered 10% then 20% refund or if I wanted a refund return to an address in China!! Hoping PayPal will be able to help 🤞

I purchased 2 pairs of boots ( Clarks wide fit) they are rubbish, I have tried to get a refund and they offered me 10% discount on my next order as it was going to cost me more to post them back to China than they were worth. I have send emails every day but still not had any answers or refunds. If I don’t get a response I will try PayPal.

I too believed that i was getting a decent pair of boots in the clarks sale ..oh how I was so very wrong!! Scammed good and proper.. id be warmer and safer in flip flops for the winter.
SIZING .. WRONG very small and narrow.
MATERIAL..NOT leather as stated on the ad.very flimsy and a chemical odour.
APPEARANCE.. boots NOT even similar to the picture on ad.
I actually asked for these as a gift for xmas.. so much more of an embarrassment knowing my son purchased them for me..and his money was wasted on this absolute crock of crap!!! 100% fake PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!

Should have read these reviews and not those ‘amazing’ reviews on Facebook - boots surprisingly arrived today after ordering on 21 Dec - such poor quality, flimsy fabric and bad stitching and nothing like the pictures shown on Facebook - don’t part with your cash to this company - SCAM !!

Please read reviews before you part with your hard earned cash. This company is not providing the goods they say they are offering. A boot arrived, cheap plastic, unwearable, with lace missing. Terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Oh dear. I wish I’d read these reviews. I ordered and paid for mine 6 weeks ago & there’s no sign of them but my money has been taken for them. I saw the advert on Facebook. They show them being waterproof etc etc and that they are Clark’s. Looks like I’ll either not receive them or if & when I do they’ll be rubbish reading these reviews. Facebook should also have some kind of control over who advertises on their platform as well surely? There seems to be so many realistic looking Scam businesses out there taking innocent people’s money. Posing as reputable retailers.

Paid not received save your money people

Ordered 2 pairs of boots. Supposed to be fromClarksdiscount.
There is no way these are supplied by Clarks
One pair are made of the cheapest plastic and so small I can't get my feet into them and the other pair that are supposedly Snow Boots are material with thin souls and no way will they keep my feet dry.
As for getting my money back - HaHaHa What a joke!!!
Seems they came from Nanjing Zedong Technology.
Says it all!!!
A very expensive £44.98 mistake

6 weeks after payment made for boots and still not received them. Although having read the reviews on here they are probably not worth the money anyway. Annoyed with my self.

Not what I expected. Nothing like Clark’s. Or the picture it shows.
Looking at the review. It’s going to cost more to return them. Than donate to charity. They are not a wide fit like it say.
