We had a school shoes fitting with Elinor. She was very helpful and friendly. My son was completely happy and at ease. Elinor made sure that his shoes were comfortable, and went through three pairs to get the right fit. Professional and personable.

I went into the Bath store and was greeted by Amy. I was unsure about the size of shoe I needed and whether or not they were going to be suitable for me. Amy had extensive knowledge on the wallabees that I was interested in and gave reassurance when I wasn’t 100% sure on how comfortable I would find them as I have narrow feet. She had a great attitude and lively personality that made such a difference when purchasing my shoes, I feel like I wouldn’t have bought them if it weren’t for her attentiveness and knowledge.

We were buying shoes for my son to start secondary school in September. We experienced great customer service from Ben in the Bath’s store. He was super friendly and engaging at all times. Happy to help. We are giving Ben 5 stars. He is a great asset to the company.Thanks Ben x

We purchased our first pre walker shoes for our granddaughter. The sales assistant Sophie was so helpful and explained that her colleague Rosie was training and would be assisting her. Both girls very very patient and professional with the baby and we purchased the shoes. We will certainly be back in the future.

I visited this Clarks as I was staying in Bath for the week with my sister. I was looking for new work shoes and I found the customer service by Lou and Sue exceptional. I had a very bad experience in my local store using uniform vouchers through my employer. They were patient, understanding and went above and beyond to help me. I was very grateful and they were highly professional and friendly. I would recommend this store highly.

Had a blooming lovely time in the Clark’s at bath spa. My son was wanting some new trainers for after school and I was greeted by a lovely girl called Elenor who sorted everything out including size! Very quick and very helpful.

The staff especially Louise were extremely helpful and she treated like a normal person even though I’m 12 which doesn’t always happen and I love my new boots

When I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Sophie, she was very knowledgeble on the type of shoes I was making query about. She was willing to show me different options to suite my style. My shopping experience was great.

Today we took our daughter to get her 1st proper pair of shoes. Elinor was such a help to us. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience easy, fast and fun for all of us. She was also patient when putting the shoes on. Would recommend to a friend and I’m sure we will be back soon as children’s feet grow quickly.

Looked everywhere for a pair of shoes that looked good but would cater for my arthritic feet and lack of flexibility to tie shoelaces. Spotted a lovely pair of off-white leather Torhill Lo but was put-off by having to lace them and was about to shuffle off in disappointment when a very lovely member of staff named Amy rocked my world by mentioning elastic laces! Amy was outstanding in finding the correct size shoes and was full of great advice and charm. I'm one happy customer with my new shoes - amazing. Thank you, Amy!
