I visited your Clarks store in Belfast City Centre to get my son’s feet measured and to buy his first pair of shoes.

The welcome we got when we entered the store was so heart warming. The assistant Rhys asked what my son’s name was and was so friendly talking away to myself and my son.

Originally wanted to buy one pair of shoes and ended up with two.

The staff and customer service I received that day was 10/10! I will definitely be returning to this store soon to get more shoes….even for myself next time!

I want in for a browse today to the Belfast city centre store and ended up walking out in a brand new pair of shoes. I was seriously shocked at how pleasant and professional all the staff were in the shop, in particular the shop manager and my sales assistant Jenny K. Jenny K was just so helpful; generous with her time and engaging in her guidance and I left feeling that it was a real positive shopping experience. Thank you all

We visited the Belfast Clarks store at the weekend and had an absolute gem of an experience, thanks entirely to Jenny. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect fit, making our first ever Clarks purchase feel special rather than just a transaction. The kind of service that's rare these days. Jenny is a real credit to the store and deserves serious recognition. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Belfast!

The staff were very helpful in guiding me for sizes and styles for what I wanted.
Things got busier while I was there so there were some delays and confusion in who was asisting me, but everyone was lovely.

Buying school shoes for a teenager is never that much fun, but Angela at the city centre branch of Clarks in Belfast was very relatable. She spoke well with our teenager and helped greatly in picking a good style of shoes that everyone was happy with. Thank you very much

This is the second time I've went to store with my little girl, the staff are so helpful and friendly and made the experience really lovely, Jenny always takes the time to go through what baby shoes are available and if there is something not available she sorced them online for me. I was in the branch in Donegal Place Belfast recently and was delighted with the help I received from both Paul and Jenny. Having been in many shops that day, it was so refreshing to get such friendly and helpful service from these staff members. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how helpful they both were.
