Excellent friendly customer service.

I was served by Eve C at Forestside Belfast on 20 November 2024.
She was extremely helpful and very friendly and even though she was having a busy day was very patient and pleasant.

Geraldine was very attentive to myself and all of the customers within the store as it was very busy due to being Black Friday. Despite this she was managing very well and I commented to her and her colleague that they were both doing a great job.

Excellent service in the Forestside store. Manager was very helpful and suggested different styles when I wasn’t happy with the fit.

Bethany was exceptionally helpful, patient and attentive while we were buying our daughter’s first pair of shoes. A true asset to the store.

Just bought a new pair of boots following excellent guidance from Geraldine in Forestside Belfast. Many thanks.

Visited Belfast store with my 1 year old and 3 year old to get my 1 year old measured for her first shoes. Tara served us and she had lovely rapport with both my children and helped us get the right shoes quickly without stress. Thank you.

Holly was so helpful with our fitting. She was brilliant in helping with the choices available and took the time in making sure the shoe was the perfect fit.

Shopped at Forestside and was helped by Sophia who was charming and knowledgeable of shoes. No problem getting me different sizes and fittings until I was happy with fit. Didn’t feel rushed or neglected given she was the only one on the floor. Gave calming effect to all the customers around.
