I visited the forestside store on 31st August to buy school shoes. The place was so busy with parents like myself who had left it too late ! But Eve was brilliant. Friendly , professional and helpful and also very chatty with my 4 year old son. Much appreciated.

Bethany in the Belfast Forestside Store, was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful.

Gev and Tara really helped me out! Tara especially helped me, she made sure I got the right fit and were quick and efficient about getting the sizes for me. She also hyped me up and made me feel professional which I deeply appreciated, she made me feel confident and comfortable!

We brought our 6 year old twin granddaughters to Clarks Forestside Belfast at the end of August 2024 to have their feet measured and buy new school shoes. We had the most lovely helpful salesperson called Shauna. She spoke directly to the children which was lovely asking them their names and age. She measured their feet size and width very carefully talking to them while doing so. She brought a variety of school shoes and. despite the shop being very busy spent a lot of time with the girls making sure they were happy with their choices . It was a lovely experience all round .

Shauna measured my 2 year olds feet today. She was very knowledgeable and kept my daughter entertained for the visit.

FIONA was so helpful and this was the easiest shopping trip for school shoes we have ever had. She made my daughter feel at ease and assured her on her choice of shoe.

Customer service for our 2 year old was great. The staff made her feel comfortable during the fitting and the shoes were a perfect size!!

Today I was walking in Forestside Mall in Belfast when a lady who subsequently was Geraldine the manager of the Clark’s Store was wearing shoes that I just thought were gorgeous so I told her so.
Later in the day I returned to buy the same shoes. Geraldine went out of her way to get the right size and width shoe. Unfortunately not my size, she rang another Clark’s shoe shop and organised the shoes to be kept over for me as I was going on a few days to Andalusia . Geraldine was very professional and extremly helpful and just simply a lovely lady . Geraldine & her staff are delightful competent &happy. Many thanks .

The staff were really friendly and helpful despite being under a lot of pressure. Orla from Forestside Belfast was really great and we got the shoes we needed

Strongly advise booking online in advance, we did this and when we arrived we were promptly checked in by the store manager and shown to a seat. Our fitter Ispraha was efficient and friendly and advised on the best shoes for our needs. She was also great with the kids.

A lovely girl named Holly served me today. Staff really helpful and professional. Very pleasant experience a very busy shop.

Lara the sales lady was very pleasant and beyond helpful. She did this on probably the busiest weekend of the year when we found our school shoes no longer fitted. . She is a major asset to forest side Clarks. Manager in the floor kept all flowing well.
