We visited Blackburn Mall Clarks
We visited Blackburn Mall Clarks, and were helped by Judy. We found out it was only her 2nd shift at the store but she was brilliant. She was very helpful with finding us what we needed.
All the staff were very supportive of each other, friendly and helpful.

Over ordered as you have to be so careful with shoe fittings. Order arrived on time and well packaged. Made my choice and found the returns easy. Money back quickly. Fabulous good quality shoes.

What a marvel Jane is at the Blackburn…
What a marvel Jane is at the Blackburn store! She accepted a return of a used pair of sandals (less than by a month old), when the Velcro had failed. She searched for wide fitting sandals size 8 & suggested different styles that may be an improvement when I’d been told at Preston Deepdale that they didn’t do any 8 wide shoes at Clarks.
Excellent service from a member of staff who was prepared to go that extra step. Thank you!!!
