Joan at the Blackburn store was so helpful today. She went above and beyond to deal with my issue - A faulty strap. With no receipt/e-receipt. After a little investigating, we found a bank transaction as proof of purchase and swiftly reordered a new pair to be delivered to my home. Excellent customer service and that's why I buy from Clark's!

Such a great experience today at the Clark’s store , Blackburn . The Manager, Jane , and the assistant , Zara, were both so pleasant and helpful . So much so that, I bought both my little granddaughters shoes in the sale.

Fantastic customer service
We had the most lovely, calm, helpful assistant to help get our very fussy 7yo sorted out with school shoes/boots and trainers. Arzoo was so patient, kind and gentle. School shoe fitting is usually a trial resulting in many, many unsuccessful return visits. With Arzoo’s assistance- in one, efficient fitting we left fully kitted out including a home delivery of boots which were out of stock in little ones size. Thank you so so much. We will be coming here in future and hoping for Arzoo. Thank you.
