On line order

On line order, misinformation about delivery. Unable to find my order. Told to go to the shop and ask them. Order was located and when I opened the box the boots had clearly been worn. Shop assistant was very helpful however.

Clarks has always been in our family

Clarks has always been in our family - when I was a child that’s where my mum took us to get our shoes. I have been doing the same. I gave feedback following a recent in store experience. Giving feedback helps to improve their customer experience. Thank you Clark’s for appreciating my feedback

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY KAYLEY

I recently visited the Clarks store in Bluewater in search of shoes for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, the service was awful. The staff member, KAYLEY, was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to measure my mother-in-law's shoe size despite my requests. Her demeanor felt unwelcoming, and she lacked basic courtesy when assisting us.

As a loyal Clarks customer, this experience was frustrating. I hope the store improves its customer service moving forward.

Pricey, limited choice and measuring off

My son’s feet were measured as 8.5H (he is 13) and they had no shoes in store that size. Ordered online the only two styles they had, in a 9H (to allow for growing room), over £50 each pair - and neither would even go on his feet. He has a high instep but this was not picked up at measuring. Clarks then want me to pay to return the shoes by post. We did have a hassle-free return in store. We were recommended to try adult shoes in the store but they are upwards of £90 and the styles are not good for a teenager, being far too old-fashioned. I’m sure the quality is good but I’m just never trying Clarks for his feet again - for a store that claims to care for feet I found them hopeless and very pricey.
I eventually got some suitable wide fit shoes in M&S which were a whole size bigger than what we were told to get by Clarks, and cheaper too.

Shoes rubbed my child’s feet and store…

Shoes rubbed my child’s feet and store wouldn’t refund - offered an exchange but why would I want my child to have another pair of their shoes?! Complained online, their resolution was to suggest I go back to the store. Not helpful and the saga continues.

Successful shopping at Bluewater Clarks

Went to the Bluewater branch to get my daughter's school school shoes a week before the start of term. Turns out I'd booked for different store, but they kindly squeezed us in. Vivien was very patient went back and forth for different shoes. We came out with school shoes and trainers. Very happy.

Dominic at bluewater was amazing…

Dominic at bluewater was amazing helping find the right shoes for my son who has disabilities and a splint to factor in, it’s difficult finding a shoe that fits his requirements but he managed to empower my boy to feel independent with his walking.

I don't usually bother to write reviews but after listening to so many people moan about the service they received purchasing school shoes I wanted to share a positive one.
A lovely young girl called Sophie served us. She was very chatty with my daughter and helped her choose some lovely school shoes. We were served really quickly. Fantastic service!

Grace saved the day!

Really friendly and helpful service from Grace who fitted my daughter for new schools shoes. We had left it so late but my daughter still came away happy with Grace’s choice.

Assisted by Ashley in store today. Amazing service despite being a busy store. She measured my daughter’s feet and brought out two selections plus selected some for my elder daughter. We did not feel rushed and the fit was amazing! Couldn’t fault her customer service skills :)

First class personalised service, teenager friendly.

Letia at Bluewater store gave my.16 year old a very personalised and well informed service. Having outgrown school shoe ranges and needing to find that first important men's shoe for school was hard decision for my son. But Letia first came over to help him and then gave him time and space to try out all the options he chose. She helped him choose the best options to try giving him information about each one so that he understood. A genuinely really lovely experience and id thoroughly recommend both Letia and the store to you.

Yesterday I took my twins to Clarks…

Yesterday I took my twins to Clarks Bluewater to get fitted for school shoes. I was expecting mayhem because school starts next week but we were served immediately by a lovely guy called Dominic. Dominic was so great with my kids and sorted them with some lovely shoes. Really impressed with the service and what a nice guy. Thanks Dominic!

Kayleigh was really helpful

Kayleigh was really helpful with getting back to school shoes. She measured all three children quickly and got the ones we wanted nice and quick and suggested some scuff cream. We was then served by Sonia on the tills who was also friendly. All in all a very painless school shoe shopping experience which is what we all want a few days before the little darlings return.

Ordered shoes online never showed up in store.

Ordered shoes online, UPS said they had been delivered to said store. No sign of my shoes in store awaited 2 weeks from date told to collect shoe in case they turned up. Tried to be organised and avoid the preschool summer holiday rush hence ordering online, instead, ended up having to go in store and be served to look at alternative options because my order choice was also not available in store of shelf either. Very frustrating to have to ring a store everyday for two weeks to see if shoes had arrived and ultimately never show up.
No reflection on the staff who were working in horrible conditions at peak school holiday, however extremely frustrating at 38 wks pregnant to have to deal with this.
