I brought my two girls in to get their feet measured and to pick out shoes for school Rowena @ Cheltenham was absolutely epic, such a lovely kind and patient member of the Clarks team, could not do enough for us and we had her going in and out the warehouse to grab a million pairs of shoes. 1000% would snap her up for our business if we had any vacancies.

I’ve preferred shopping online for some time now, but this time I decided to visit the store in person — and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were fantastic: friendly, smiling, and genuinely attentive. It was a truly positive experience.

Possibly the fastest pickup I have ever experienced. Showed the assistant the order confirmation email on my phone, and within 30 seconds I was walking out of the shop with my daughters new shoes. Great service.

I bought a pair of shoes for my 11 year old son.
After his first term of school, the sole on one of the shoes came off. I contacted Clarks and Deborah assisted me via chat and then via email.
She was personable and efficient and once I had provided the necessary information, I was promptly advised that a new pair of shoes would be delivered the next day.

I was looking for a pair of knee high boots in a wide fitting. Although the shop was busy I was approached very quickly and 2 pairs of boots were brought out for me to try. Bella saw me struggling to put the boots back into the boxes and make my way to the till. She immediately helped me and served me at the till.

Really good customer service, super helpful in finding the size and nice shoes for my toddler. She handled his melt down well when we tried to see if the shoes fit him, which really helped me with it.
5/5 for Bella.

Only downside to Clarks is how expensive the shoes can be, especially toddler ones.

Exchanging shoes bought online instore. Staff took initiative and helped me through the process. Just had to confirm my email and the rest was done for me.

I had already seen the product in the shop but they had not have the matt leather in stock. It was easy to order online. Glad you have a shop to do into.

I have 3 girls aged 7,8 and 8. Over the last few years I have found that it's impossible to visit Clarks in Cheltenham and leave with a pair of shoes for each of them. Stock is so slim that I usually have to go in to get them measured, and then go online to buy the shoes. This year I did the measuring but bought from another manufacturer.
Also - they were advertised to be open until 6 but they locked the doors at 5:30 so they could hoover. We were the only customers in at the time so there was no backlog to clear.

Quick and efficient service, where Eve who served us listened and helped and was happy with changes and trying several things. All the staff we saw were super friendly and made it a quick and easy shopping task.

Wanted to leave a review having just visited the Cheltenham branch for secondary school shoes for my son and experiencing lovely service from the most helpful and knowledgeable Mia, who sized his feet and advised on the correct fit. My son is very happy with his new shoes and I feel confident that I have bought a decent pair that will be supportive of his growing feet. Thank you Mia!
