We buy my daughter’s school shoes from the Clarks store in Crawley, and if Aleena is there, we know we’re lucky because her attention and care are exceptional. She helped us two years ago, and my daughter remembered her right away this past weekend. Her respect for her job and her communication with children and families are fantastic. Thank you, Aleena!

Very helpful, the staff were very accommodating to help until we found the right shoes 👞

Very good quality shoes, and easy process to do click and collect. The shop assistant did ask if we wanted to try the shoes on in the shop, but as I bought the next size up for my child, it wasn’t necessary.

Today we had the pleasure of being served by Holly at the Crawley store today! She was so patient with us and very lovely and chatty and got exactly what we needed, Thankyou for your service holly :)

Ordered the shoes on line and they arrived quickly for a special occasion. Ordering more than one pair for choice.
Was able to return the shoes I didn't want easily and efficiently to Crawley store with out any problem.

Very helpful. Aleena gave me very good tips and suggestions as well as the pros and cons of the different shoes. Especially info about them that aren't obvious on the shoes (e.g. being waterproof).
I would have liked to have seen more options in the casual shoes section however I did find the suitable shoes for me.

Emma was very personable and attentive. She brought me multiple pairs of shoes to try on without fuss until I got the perfect pair. Her advice and recommendation were essential in me finding the idea shoe.

Emma welcomed me as soon as I arrived at the Crawley store. I knew what I wanted as I've been looking at a particular style online, but Emma showed me another pair of shoes I really liked and that was also super comfortable. In the end, I went with the style I initially chose, but I really appreciate that she showed me this other style. Emma also gave me helpful instructions on how to keep my new pair of shoes in good shape, so thank you for that!

Who knows, I might come back for the other pair soon! 😊

I was very impressed with the organised service in the shop today, it was something I had been dreading because of how busy I knew it would be. We booked a slot for my son online and was seen on time. Trisha, spent a lot of time making sure the shoe fit and the size was correct for my son’s comfort. Great service and staff to match - thanks Trisha

Braved Clarks on a Saturday morning along with every other parent in the town on the hunt for school shoes.
As expected it was very busy but we were dealt with in a timely manner.
Special praise to Hannah who interacted with my 2 boys and made the experience go a lot smoother thanks to her calm and professional approach.
Feet measured, shoes chosen and fitting checked, all without any fuss…….from me!

I hadn't booked a slot for shoe fitting not realising you could or that it would be busy at half 9 in the morning. One of my daughters is autistic and she started to get over whelmed the lovely lady with bright red hair (sorry didn't see her name) sat us in the adult section where it was way less busy and also gave me a story board to explain the process to my daughter. We were served by Riya who was fantastic and explained everything she was going to do for my daughter. Can no thank them enough for a great experience
