Great service from Menaal in the crawley store for school shoes and trainers for my two boys. Staff are always very helpful and attentive, even when busy. Shoes are expensive but other shoes don't last as long so worth the money.

Was served on Sunday by a young assistant called Menaal, she was polite and professional. My three young children were fitted with their new school shoes quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Clark’s in Crawley for their brilliant customer service.

Met Ceila at Crawley shop to size up my 3 children’s school shoes and she was so brilliant. Very engaging with the children to keep them happy.

Served by Leila who helped match my son to suitable school shoes. Despite only being a trainee her customer service could not have been better. She was attentive, interested and very helpful.

I really enjoy how organised Clark’s is when it comes to school shoe season. Toby was also really helpful and efficient, we were in and out within 10 minutes.

Visited the Crawley store this afternoon with my Wife to buy her some work and summer shoes. Ebony dealt with us and was fantastic. She could not have been more helpful, pleasant or courteous. Both my Wife and I commented on how brilliant she was and what a difference she made to our experience - and our afternoon.
