Me ,my mother and my daughter came into the Denton store today and was served by a lovely and polite colleague called nico.

Five star service!

Carol at Denton was great. She helped us from start to finish and even when there was a huge queue, brought the payment machine over so we could pay up. What could have been very stressful was actually a lovely half an hour!

A bit of a queue to get served however when Tom served us he was polite well mannered and helpful. However the price was not right it made my dad cry on the way home

Carol measured my 4 year old for his first school shoes and my almost 2 year old for his first proper pair of shoes. Carol made both my boys feel comfortable with her warm and patient approach whilst also providing a professional service, I felt like she accurately measured both sets of feet and ensured that their chosen shoes fit them properly! Really pleased with how the shoe fitting went and with our new shoes and the selection of shoes on offer. Both my boys went with the dinosaur themed shoes.

We were looked after by Aksha, who was really helpful and sorted our children out with some nice shoes, despite them making it difficult. Thank you

Went to the Denton store for school school shoes for my two boys (6 and 3). Gill was very attentive and really helpful. Feet were measured and school shoes were found with very little fuss.
She was friendly with the boys and was great at promoting the offer they have on trainers.
6 yo very pleased with his trainers and has been wearing them out.
3 yo likes his trainers but the grip isn’t great and he’s slipped a few times trying to run in them in the wet.

All in all, Gill was great and we were in and out within 20mins with no tears! Success!! :)

Lovely experience with Sophie at the Denton store this morning. She was very patient, attentive and thorough. We’re very happy with my son’s new school shoes.

Great service at the Denton store. Served by Carol who was very friendly and efficient, and great with the kids. I was worried about school shopping on August bank holiday but needn’t have been concerned.

I never normally bother writing reviews but I am making an exception in this case as the service and experience we recieved was fantastic. I would like to thank Hughie at the Denton store. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to keep my 5 year old happy. My son was adamant he didn't want to get his feet measured or try any shoes on but Hughie was fantastic and got him interested and was extremely patient with him. He is also really knowledgeable and ensured we had the perfect fit for new school shoes. I was really impressed. Thank you. Please ensure Hughie gets the recognition and praise he deserves.

Nico was so helpful and thoughtful. We were waiting for a measure for school shoes for my daughter. I didn't anticipate just how busy the store would be but it was the only day we could come as my husband has been really ill. We took a ticket and waited for our turn. We tried to find a quiet seat for my daughter but it was very busy and loud but I didn't want to miss our turn by waiting too far away from the children's area. Nico came to serve us and I explained my daughter has sensory needs and she was struggling in the loud, busy area. He took us over to a quiet end of the store, brought the measuring guide over and said we can be served down there. Nico was gentle and thoughtful in his communication with my daughter and myself and talked her through things in a caring manner. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Little things like this especially mean a lot when you have a child with additional needs and I wanted Nico to get the recognition. Thank you 😊

I booked an appointment online for my daughters to be measured up for their new school shoes. Very easy process and lots of dates and times to choose from.
We arrived for our appointment about 20 minutes early at the Denton branch. We were greeted at the door by staff and Sabina said she could see to us immediately.
Sabina was great with both of my daughters. Very friendly and helpful. She showed us where the shoes were that would be in our size range and the type of style we were after.
We quickly found our perfect fit.
Great experience from start to finish.
