Naomi was brilliant today
Naomi was brilliant today! My 4 year old girl was very shy but Naomi managed to coax her out of her shell to get her feet measured and we left with new school shoes and new trainers. Naomi couldn't have been more apologetic about our wait but anyone could see all the staff were extremely busy so I had no issue with this. In a word OUTSTANDING

Excellent customer service from the staff at Clarks (Denton).
I was helped by Naomi - a lady currently being trained and she went above and beyond to measure my girls feet, help find the perfect school shoes and insoles. Really pleased with our purchase.

The assistant was amazing
The assistant, Debra, was very patient and kind to our son who has Down syndrome.
She allowed him extra processing time when she asked him anything and used basic sign language, she also spoke directly to him instead of us his parents.

Exceptional customer service by Aksha in Clarks Denton. Took my little granddaughter for her first pair of shoes. Aksha was so patient with her, and extremely professional in every way. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was delightful to deal with and certainly an asset to the Denton shop.
