Sian at the Huddersfield store helped both my boys choose their school shoes. She was very informative and listened to my children. She made adjustments like adding an insole and giving the option of a bigger size for more toe wiggle room. She made the back to school shoe shopping trip a much better experience.

Great support from Zahra in Huddersfield in what is usually a very stressful back to school shoe shop for my two boys.

We were served by Zahra today, who was super professional, making sure my daughter got the right shoes, but was also really friendly to both my children. She was fantastic, staying calm and efficient despite how busy it was.

Took my 11 year old grandaughter for school shoes.
She is very picky and knows what she wants.
Zahra in the Huddersfield branch was very patient, friendly and experienced and very accomodating.
The shoes my grandaughter wanted, they didn't have in store in her width fitting, but Zahra went online and ordered them for us .
Would highly recommend .

Michelle in Huddersfield was amazing. She came to check if my daughter and I needed any help. I was looking for her first pair of school shoes. Michelle measured her feet and then found a variety of styles for her. I can’t praise Michelle enough. The service was so good that I also grabbed a pair of PE pumps to finish off the trip. Thank you for your help. Lily loves her new shoes.

Shopping for school shoes for a hungry, tired 4 year old.

Daughter also has a physical disability which makes shoe shopping an experience which requires alot of care, patience and understanding from everyone involved 😂

Zahra was great at listening to the long list I reeled off about the type of shoe we needed, due to daughters disability. Zahra was very polite and patient. Daughter was crying and refusing to have feet measured or try on shoes.

Michelle then stepped in to distract daughter, who took to Michelle straight away. Made everyone feel very comfortable in the shop. And suggested more shoe types in the back store room for Zahra to bring out.

Happy ending, after trying a few pairs on we left with a decent pair of boots and a happy 4 year old.

Clarks is probably the first place we will head in future and I would recommend this store.

Excellent service by Zara. She straight away introduced herself to us and asked politely about our needs. And just in 10 minutes we bought the shoes and out of it. Happy with the service.

Had a great experience with Michelle at Clarks Kingsgate mall Huddersfield

I took our very excitable toddler to get new shoes and they were very kind and informative, giving helpful advice without being pushy. Michelle was great at fitting my little boy who did not want to stay still! And incredibly patient and understanding when he tried to rearrange the shoes on the shelves while being measured. She gave great advice about shoe care. Thanks!

Nina and Elli provided fantastic service today when l purchased a pair of light brown brogue shoes. They were both very keen to provide a high level of service and were very friendly.
