Visited the Newark store today and were served by the wonderful Gracie and Libby. One was training and the other supporting. Very knowledgeable and attentive. My son tried on 2 different sizes to be sure of comfort and fit. Left the store with a pair of school shoes and some inner soles. Very pleased with the experience.

I went into the newark store with my 3 kids and lorna made it a very smooth experience. She was really good with my little girl who was nervous about having her feet measured. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience, shop floor was very busy but everything was managed well and under control.

Absolutely fantastic as always! We come back to this particular store year on year for school shoes. Libby was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and showed real kindness and understanding to our two children when fitting their shoes and selecting them. Both Libby and the manager were accommodating when applying the Blue Light discount when we queried. We will be back next year!

I went to Clarks in Newark on 10th June and was welcomed and served by Libby and Kerry. They were friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Lorna and the team at Newark Store were amazing! I took my boys to get their feet measured and they were brilliant with them, really great to see staff that care about their customers. I also purchased some shoes for a wedding for myself and was told everything I needed to know about how to care for them, with Darna walking me through all the shoe care extras that were available. I will definitely be returning, well done Lorna and the team, thank you for making us feel so welcome in your store.

Bought my granddaughter some new shoes from Clark’s Newark today. Libby was most helpful and took Amelia under her wing to make her feel at ease as she was a little upset. Excellent client facing skills and eventually found us a pair of patent shoes that fitted perfectly. Well done Libby, a credit to the company , showing how sales should be conducted. Thank you.

Visited the Newark store today with my daughter and we’re served by Libby who was exceptionally helpful and friendly making sure we got exactly what we needed! This is our fourth visit to the Newark store and have never once left disappointed - staff here are a credit to the Company !

Libby was very helpful and helped our 5 year old daughter to choice a nice pair of well fitted school shoes. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Went in to buy some new school shoes for my son in Newark store. Served by Libby who did an amazing job with a very demanding young customer. He loves his new Dinosaur shoes and is showing everyone. Many thanks see you all again soon!

We received a warm welcome on entering the store. My husband was looking for some smart brogues plus a casual pair shoes. The ladies serving us quickly identified exactly what was required. The store was clean & well presented.

Libby was fantastic with our 3yo who had limited attention span and playing with a Peppa pig phone at the same time!
She was super patient, very approachable and the store set up was great for little ones with colouring pages, crayons and toys.

Lorna was really helpful - I had no idea exactly what I was looking for but she sorted me right out. Thank you!

Friendly and very helpful lady who measured my toddlers feet this morning. Thank you so much for your help. Both ladies where polite members of staff. Blue light card came in handy for discount too so im glad i asked. Will go again to the store

I took my 18 month old into the Newark branch to have her feet measured and look for winter boots. The team were immediately welcoming and Kerry helped us straight away. She was fabulous with my little one and also helped me with information about protecting patent boots which I had never had before. Lovely shop and lovely experience as usual.

We made an appointment online, turned up and was greeted with a smile and on time. Darna was extremely attentive and speedy, she measured my daughter’s feet then gathered a selection available in her size which I thought was great rather than my daughter selecting ones she loved to be told none in stock.

Would definitely recommend
